Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.

The location was great, calm environment, close connected with forest. Excellent restaurant and gourment dinners, very good wellness and nice friendly and willing people work there. Rooms were clean and cosy. I am looking forward to return there for my next visit. 10 out of 10!

Nice hotel recently renovated. Rooms and bathrooms top notch. Reception very helpful, always I was met with a "human smile" not a cold professional one. High capacity new elevators. Also, very well organised parking with video surveillance. A special mention for the gorgeous view of the mountains.
