It was really comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was always great coming back to rest after a long day. The amenities and breakfast were also great - the location was ideal for us, as we wanted to be able to get around easily but not be too overwhelmed with footfall. Checkout at 12pm was also fantastic as it gave us a little more time before we needed to head to the airport.

Everything went smoothly from checkin to checkout. Highlight of it all is the most comfortable BED. Had amazing sleep every night. Free minibar is great too, I enjoyed the coconut wafers very much! Staff were amazing and helpful. They explained everything in detail and made our stay very enjoyable. We were really pleased that the hotel provides a shuttle to 2 different BTS stations.

Beautiful luxury hotel - some of the nicest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved that there was in-unit washer/dryer and staff will deliver detergent to your room upon request. Luxurious bathroom with one of those electric toilets and a beautiful massive rain shower and tub. Loved that dark woods accents throughout the unit as well as the artwork. Check-in was seamless with the front desk ladies -- I forget their names but we deal with two different ladies and they were both awesome. The pool area is great - love that part of the pool is outdoors in the sun and part of it is shaded. Also great that they had lots of fun games people could play in the pool deck area. Also I have to shout out the Weaver restaurant -- we went here on our last night before heading to the airport and I sort of assumed it would be a typical hotel restaurant with food that wasn't special. Wow, was I wrong. This was one of the best meals of our trip. 5 star luxury customer service by Beer (I think she was the manager or Maitre D) and her serving staff. They treated us like royalty, made fabulous menu recommendations, and were so friendly and pleasant to make conversation with. If that isn't enough, the food was incredible. We ordered Thai teas, samosas, butternut squash soup, and spicy Pad Krapow. The Thai teas were the best we've had in Thailand - they even came with whipped foam on top. We are big Indian food fans and these samosas were some of the best samosas we've ever had - and the mint chutney and tamarind sauces were extremely tasty and done well. The Pad Krapow was the best Pad Krapow my fiance has had in the entire 3 week trip to Thailand. AND Beer made sure it was very spicy, upon his request. I wish we had more opportunities to dine at this restaurant because there are so many other items we would have loved to try. Honestly everything felt 5 stars to us. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend SilQ.

Everything was just amazing and perfect, we had such an extraordinary stay at Baiyoke Sky Hotel, The staff was awesome, very professional and kind 😇 I booked this hotel during my birthday, we were given a special room with such an outstanding view as my Birthday gift from the hotel aswell as discounts on meals. we appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff especially the check in staff who allowed us to have such a remarkable stay at the Hotel. and that wasn't all, they even brought us a birthday cake and fruits as a gesture from the hotel staff. I really was surprised by the the way the staff treats their guests. Thank you very much for making this special occasion aswell as my stay at Bangkok a very special one. SPECIAL THANKS TO "SUPANSA C" for such kindness and hospitality, I really appriciated the way you took us all along our Check In, explaining everything just perfectly so we can enjoy every moment at Baiyoke Sky Hotel, also so we can enjoy all the attractions within this amazing hotel. Excellent location, room was also nice and tidy and so was toilet. The breakfast although not a top notch one, but it was good enough that we didn't have to think about going out and take our breakfast. It had a good and gym and pool with facilities like towels. The hotel also had a massage center and it was the most amazing thing. 5 mins walk to metro station Ratchathewi Station. 10 mins walk to MBK Central (a perfect mall offering the cheapest stuff in Bangkok) 7 eleven was just underneath the hotel. Perfect Stay, highly recommended!

Whilst it sits on the riverfront, the location is very near Icom Siam and Asiatique and a few good restaurants just outside main road. A 7elevn, Starbucks and ATMs very conviently situated in the building made it worth while. Easy to come and go in their boat service and tuk tuks also available.

Wat Don Muan is a nice temple. Beautiful and peaceful. There is a local market near the temple. Interesting to watch around and taste local foods and fruits. People in the market who are selling foods are friendly and kind. Good to observe local people's life even while transit time of the flight.

I had lived in Bangkok for > 10 years, and chose Bangna due to it's easy connection to the airport, good facilities and transport links to the city centre. This stay was at the end of a 3 week road trip covering 3000km. Next time I would plan to stay a few more days in Bangna.

I stayed near the Victory monument , area which is like a hub for public transportation so it was very easy to get around for cheap. There s a nice little park nearby the hotel to get away from all the traffic and relax or do some jogging. Not many big shopping centers , around the victory monument the bigest one was the One center which has a few decent restaurants on the 3 rd floor. The hotels are cheaper around this area and you can go anywahere with bts or bus or grab/ bolt or motorbike taxis etc

The location was centralized for the areas I wanted to go and visit. It’s important to keep in mind where you want to eat and where you want to go and see the ancient cities were all around. It was perfect. The location had a beautiful view and the room was excellent.

Overall it was a nice place to be the last few days before my flight i was able to relax yet still enjoy some good food and locals. Still plenty of access to everything you need but far from any attractions.

not recommended to book in this hotel. much under...

not recommended to book in this hotel. much under expectation and less standard than the rate and photos in booking. all was bad. Especially the hotel charged me with extra night for the checked out day and withdraw from my bank visa without justification, or mentioning this in the policy of the hotel. when I copmlained to hotel and booking, my money never return back to my bank account for one extra night though the booking.com followed them and they lied saying we transferred the money to my bank account after booking complain without transferring the money for the checked out night they took, or providing providing bank statement of the transfer. I am still trying to get my ony back hopeless since they do not answer my messages sent to the hotel through booing and booking is not replying back to me, no valid number I can contact, or message after several trials. both the hotel and booking does not reply, or have easy access for communication to return the money back and send supporting document of the the transfer. BAD SERVICES FROM BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM who ignored my request after following it up with the hotel at the beginings and promised the money with be transferred back to my account that had been withdrawn from it the check out night as per their complain and communication with the hotel.

I had a great time at this location.

I had a great time at this location. It was very close to the BTS train system and a mall is directly across the street. Up the street both ways are some good night markets, 7-11 on the corner, ATM is also right there, plus several street vendors for food, coffee shop, KFC and other shops are up the street.
