This is a fantastic little homestay, it's super clean and very comfortable. Lovely caring staff and the owner made us feel very welcome. We loved it so much, we extended our stay 2 more nights It is situated at the best location on Cha am beach. Quite and peaceful with plenty of food options near by The beach is beautiful and well worth visiting if your heading south.

It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club

The hotel is perfect with kids and our whole family loved the place. The pool is great, rooms are nice and clean (little old but I think the price is right), 7 eleven just outside the hotel entrance and restaurants too. Also the breakfast was good! We will be back.

Nice beach, swimming pool, breakfast, stayed for lmoee than 5 nights, so got some extra services - free shuttle to Hua Hin, laundry etc... it was perfect. Reception and lobby staff well trained, perfect attitude, helped with everything, also staff at the breakfast, excellent.

-> The building itself is Very Nice ! Lovely Thai architecture. You are never disappointed and the domain (farm, pool, stable, gym, main building, beach) are all close to each other (a buggy is available for the person with limited mobility or lazy) -> the breakfast is good. I would rate it around 80%. There are an ‘occidental’ part (eggs, beacon, sausage and all usual stuff), a ‘Thai’ part (Thai dessert, eggs, very good local fuits, and every day a different set of Thai main courses) and a Chinese part as well (soups, noodles, fried stuff, sauces, …) and a part with sushi. Food is good, seems of good or very good quality. -> lovely pool (two sub part for the main one, allowing a space for children and another one for adultes) and a pool for the lounge. All three of them are clean, water is at the right temperature for south thailand. It is easy to find a seat and or bed to rest near those pools. -> the rooms are well decorated, spacious, bed are confortable. We got à communicating room. Bathroom is above average in term of space/decoration. -> the lounge is open from 11am to 10pm. There are always food (thai & occidental) -> staff is nice (which is quite common in thailand anyways) but within Dusit Thani hua hin, you feel that the staff care about your wellbeing. Special thanks to the person operating at the farm (buffalo, goats,chicken and tortures) which is very clean (for a farm) and animals lovely and obviously well treated all year long. Activity to plant rices, feed animals and pet them are interested for all children’s ( from 4 to 18 yo). -> check in / check out is quite fast.

I loved my stay at Springfield @Sea Resort &Spa. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and always obliging. The room was very comfortable and clean, the shower was absolutely incredible! The swimming pool was wonderful, including the option to have massages by the pool, which I did almost every day I was there! All the food was fantastic; at breakfast, pool restaurant and the coffee restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got welcome drinks when we arrived at the hotel. The staff was super friendly. Our room was on the second floor. A big window where you could see the pool and countryside. Quiet, little accommodation for couples and families with children. The pool was just one step away. Breakfast was served into rooms and you could choose the time from 06.30 to 10.30. We even got a cup of hot chocolate to wish us a good night.

Our second floor room was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean with a big balcony and an outside bed large enough for two. The hotel has a big pool and is just across the road from the sea. I would happily stay at Bann Pantai again.

Not a lot to like.

Not a lot to like. There isn't really a beach most of the time - rather a stepped sea wall. It feels a bit rough. Probably not a destination that families should put on their list of places to go to in Thailand.

Most importantly, the beach was not underwater like the beach at Hua Hin was, due to tides. The beach is pretty clean and there are plenty of reasonably priced vendors to hire a lounge chair from - and they don't harass you when you're walking past. There isn't anything architectural to look at in the town, but it has a nice atmosphere. In the evening, various street food stalls set up along the road at the beach.

Cha Am has very little services and activities so if you...

Cha Am has very little services and activities so if you like a place to relax, it is great. The livelu Hua Hin is only 15-20 minutes drive away and easy to access with shuttles or taxis (cheap). Hua Hin / Cha Am are golfers’ paradises - there are many nice courses within 30 min drive.
