I am so happy we stayed at Anana Ecoresort hotel! It is a hotel that delivers on all its promises, so we got what we expected and even more. The hotel is nicely planned, room & bathroom large enough and clean. The location is peaceful, in the nature mainly, but only 10 min (by car, scooter or free hourly hotel transport) from the center of town and the beach. Scooters are available for rent at the hotel. Staff is really, really nice, polite, smiling and helpful, so every issue/request is attended to promptly and without fuss, this goes everywhere : at reception desk, in the restaurants, the room & garden staff. Breakfast is plentiful, with lots of fresh fruits & vegetables, on request egg dishes and both western & asian options. It's also fairly quiet, although the hotel is not so small, there is no rush and no noise. The swimming pool is large enough for swimming. Also the roof top restaurant offers nice views, happy hour mocktails and cocktails and reasonably priced & good menu. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. In fact we extended our stay there.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The room was very spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! The staff was really nice snd helpful, helping me to organise transportation and they had really good laundry service. The pool is lovely especially since the beaches are not so great for swimming and there are many cheeky monkeys so I spend a lot of time at the pool and loved it. Great value for money, would always come again 😊

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and had an amazing experience! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect stay. The owners were so welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tours, which can conveniently be booked through them. The location is fantastic—close to the pier and easy to get around. It truly feels like a hidden pearl in Koh Lanta, and we feel so lucky to have booked this hotel. Highly recommended!

we loved our staying at this hotel the hospitality was really nice all the staff were helpfull. cleaning was done for the rooms everyday they give a complementary sweets also daily which was cute. although you need 15min to walk from the hotel to the near beach, still you can use the taxi or motorcycle to reach there fastlu fast we didn't try the breakfast but we took a look for it and it's looks nice we would come here again if we visit kraby for sure

We came to Thailand with a hope to find a little slice of paradise further away from the crowds and that is exactly what we found on Koh Jum. We stayed in a few different accomodation establishments and went to view a few more before we found Koh Jum Resort which has fulfilled all the requirements for our stay. The resort is a bit out of the way but possible to reach on a scooter or a taxi. We made a few trips on foot to the nearby villages for some shopping (fruits, milk, water, treats) but it is possible to stay on the adjacent beach for an extended time as the food in the restaurant really is fantastic and comparable to other prices in this area. We have really enjoyed working our way through the menu 😍 That said, we have also been visiting the Koh Jum Relax restaurant for some variety. Also, the cleaning staff are like ninjas, waiting to freshen up the rooms everyday. We would spend the mornings on the beach and return to a spotless room. The ability to use canoes free of charge was a very nice touch as well. We hope to return one day 🙏

Travellers: European family with child. One of the best resort we've ever been. Located 35min from Ton Sai Pier however every trip was an additional adventure (we used long tail boats). Perfect location for those who are looking for a quiet resort and who would like to re-connect with the nature. The greenery and cicadas - just wonderful. The Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Starting from the moment of arrival until the departure everyone is taking care of your needs and good mood. All our requests were managed right away. The restaurant is also very good. Definitely we will get back here next time for longer and recommend to our friends.

Not really close to the beach. probably 17 mins walk. Wish there was a table and chairs in the room to sit instead of a lounge chair. Electrical outlets are old and not working, only 2 outlets seem to work off and on. Sewage smell is strong. A bit over priced for our stay compared to what we paid for much nicer hotel in Bangkok.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

Various secured beaches, lots of greenery but also a little run down in places. Trips to Koh Rok and Koh Haa excellent for snorkelling. Nothing to see in sea here sadly. Lovely food from many restaurants. Klong Nin I felt was the perfect choice in middle of island, quite but lots to see. Easy to explore but tuk tuk more exp. National park and monkeys worth seeing as is old town. Drove to Lanta Noi across bridge, very rustic and traditional. I’d highly recommend spending some time here

It's a pretty rustic, typical old Thai town, the locals are lovely, peaceful people Krabi Airport :-Be sure to have some baht notes if you're taking a driver or taxi to your hotel- there are ATMs at Krabi airport but easier if you have cash The Friday & Saturday food markets are great for Thai foods of all sorts Take a long boat ride from along the riverside - a couple of hours touring the river and surrounds for 50 - 100 AUD Riverside Restaurant and Bar us a good place for dinner Blu Monkey is great little hotel

Really beautiful area with SO much to explore on foot and by boat. Walking street is amazing. Phra Nang beach is gorgeous but a little busy at times. Tonsai beach is worth the walk to get there. Amazing trip we loved it and would absolutely go back. Do a longtail boat tour private to see some islands, take a climbing lesson!

On a rainy day it is boring as f... Very early morning at sunrise is the best time to walk on the beach and take pics. There are very few small shops and mostly mediocre restaurants and massage places

I’m completely biased.

I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place. No favourite thing. Many favourite things. Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all. Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all. Appreciated and greatful ❤️

Although the staff and location are great.

Although the staff and location are great. They double charged for our room as we reserve through Booking with our Credit Card but then we paid cash( yes I kept the receipt) then later after I reviewed my statement they had charged my CC. I reached out to them 1st per bookings police’s but they didn’t respond. I spent hours on the phone with booking uploading documentation, etc and still nothing is resolved. I am also frustrated with Booking!

We visited in early December and it was still pretty quiet.

We visited in early December and it was still pretty quiet. Beautiful beach and snorkelling. Trip to emerald cave was brilliant! We booked our tour and speedboat through the lady just outside of Koh Ngai KaimukThong Resort and she was brilliant! The resort staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was good and cheap compared to other restaurants (though they were also great, just a bit more $).

It was raining the whole time I was there so I only walked...

It was raining the whole time I was there so I only walked along Aonang beach, I did not go into the water. But for the short time it stopped raining, they had 2 groups performing fire show on the beach and it was really cool! Some restaurants have great view, I was at one of those, the Reeve Beach Club, their food was good too. It was just fun sitting there sipping your cocktail and watch the long tail boats dropping off people on the beach!
