Great location and provides all of the necessities. Staff were lovely. In line with being a great location, it is also farther enough away that things were quiet enough to get a good sleep. However, if you wanted to go anywhere, nothing is really any longer than a 5 minute walk.

We stayed in July. The room was very nice, spacious, modern, and very clean — it looked newly renovated and even had a big sofa. The pool area was also big and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach (although it’s more like a port, not for swimming) and only 200 meters from the pier, so it’s super convenient when you arrive with luggage. It’s also close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and they offer discounts for their restaurant (20% one time) and massages (15%). The restaurant was good, with sea views. The breakfast was complete with eggs, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc., and it’s cheaper if you buy it directly at the hotel. The gym was very nice — we used it twice.

Fabulous location so close to the pier making it easy to take your own luggage from ferry to the hotel. The staff are very obliging. Choosing a water view room is a must as the view over the water, marina and beyond is mesmerising. It’s a new hotel so everything looks pristine. The bed is extremely comfortable and the TV is enormous. Great size balcony. A more than ample breakfast is provided at the cafe next door (Finlay). The hotel is in the heart of Phi Phi and the picturesque beach is only a few minutes walk away.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and peaceful area, with an absolutely incredible view of the sea. The villas have been renovated and are very well designed, offering great comfort. The stylish design makes the stay even more enjoyable. We stayed for 2 nights, and it was wonderful. We also visited the spa area, which we really enjoyed. The grounds are lovely, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. This is a perfect place for anyone looking for peace and tranquility. 😌

The island is very beautiful.

The island is very beautiful. It's suitable for all types of tourists. The beaches are nice, although the best ones require at least a 20-minute walk. I was pleasantly surprised. Maya bay definitly worth a visit (only acessible by boat). The food is good and varied. The viewpoints are spectacular. Viewpoint 3 is quite far and a bit muddy, but if you're in good physical shape, you can get there easily. Those traveling with children or who have mobility difficulties should avoid accommodations in the mountains. Eat and drink places: THE COFFEE CLUB - Best coffee shop Anna's Restaurant - One of the best places to eat Garlic 1992 - Best restaurant Activities: Day snorkeling trip (if it's not raining). Reggae Bar Phi Phi to watch tourists fighting for fun (not recommended for young children) Beach fire parties (if you want to drink and maybe flirt). Less positive: It would be better to have less polluting and noisy local boats available to reduce pollution and noise. Perhaps with eletrical engines.

Koh Phi Phi is great.

Koh Phi Phi is great. If the weather had been better, then I would have preferred to have more time for outdoor activities. Since it was not good, there was only so much you can do on this tiny island. I stayed at the Relax Resort and would not have changed my selection. It was so pretty! The snorkeling just outside our door was surprisingly good. There are so many activities to choose from during your stay. We took a speedboat to Koh Phi Phi from Krabi and again from Koh Phi Phi to Phuket. Both were pleasant and fast.

Perfect Island location.

Perfect Island location. Transfer to and from the Island is easy, with multiple options of ferries or speedboat all offering multiple departures throughout the day. Lots to do on the Island; boat trips - private or booked with a tour. Cuisine - masses of choice; including European, western and Thai. Locals are very friendly and will help with what you need.
