Everything was really good. The room was clean, it had a fan and air conditioning, a minibar and private bathroom. The breakfast consisted of milk, coffee, bread, cereal, butter and jam. The staff is very nice and the location is really close to many bars, restaurants and markets.

Absolutely amazing stay at one love. The location is perfect! The historical sites are literally at the end of the road. There’s also a decent bar at the end of the road and a 7 eleven a couple of minutes walk away. I was welcomed very warmly and despite a mix up with booking.com I was given an upgrade to a private bungalow at no extra price. The hotel also offers breakfast and bike loans. Amazing staff and amazing place in the best location in Ayutthya and all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again on my next visit!

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Ayutthaya, the serene Gardens are very peaceful and offer respite from the hot day. The location is very convenient to all of the historical sights and close to lovely restaurants and more. Breakfast was generous and enough to prepare us for the day ahead. Lovely friendly staff and gorgeous rooms make this a place you want to stay.

An excellent hotel with amazing staff, cozy rooms, great service, good breakfast, and a wonderful spa. The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a good view. In the evenings, we could enjoy the free spa which included a hammam, bath, jacuzzi, and cold pool - it was a wonderful experience. Moreover, the hotel was located in a great location and the staff regularly helped us with hailing a taxi. Additionally, the hotel offered a simple but tasty breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I was totally surprised by the hotel. I never expected such a charming oasis of just pure tranquility, absolutely lovely. The rooms were traditional and the beds super comfy. The food was sublime and the staff attentive and professional. I cannot recommend the Ayutthaya Retreat highly enough. Amidst the small lake and fountains you will find Maelee who gives an amazing massage....a must !

The room on second floor facing the river is very nice. away from the crowds on the ground floor and have a nice view. the room size is very generous and the bed is very comfy. I really like the layout of the room and also the bath tub! The breakfast is also big portion and have selection of western and thai main which is nice.

wonderful place on a nice island, withe send beach only disturbed by the numerous speed-boat playing around the pier. Nice place for snorkeling at the opposed end of the Samae Beach. Hotel staff very nice and helpful.

The temples are very interesting, and it takes time to visit...

The temples are very interesting, and it takes time to visit at least 6 or 7. It's advisable to visit with a guide or a tuk-tuk. The city doesn't offer much else. Even the food options are limited (in July). Very good place Coffee Old City and Earthling Craft - Coffee & Bar (if you are not afraid of spiders)

My favorite part was the garden!

My favorite part was the garden! I loved the little rabbit and the chicken, and the garden was so pretty with the waterfall, mist, plants, and pond. The room was very clean and quiet, and I got the pool view, which was really nice. They have a lot of amenities, including a pool and a cute cafe, Moakmai. The staff were very welcoming, especially Khun Aey, who showed me around the amenities and the garden. They also served Japanese breakfast by the pool, which was a lovely touch.

Very cultural & if well planned most areas are accessible by bike - we hired for a couple of days & did 3-4hrs each day which was more than enough to visit multiple sites especially in the heat & humidity

The site is easy to get to just asked any taxi driver. You could wander around for hours just see everything. Maybe not for children. cost me 80baht, Thai get in a lot cheaper. They is places to eat out side site.
