- From US$132.68 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.6Good - What previous guests thought, 1,080 reviewsThe rooms are exceptionally clean! Comfortable and the view is superb. You get the sea view from the Cottage rooms that we stayed in. The room came with a private pool and we had an excellent time. Our room was up the hill and the shutter service was good, they will pick you up within 5-10 minutes upon calling them. The room has all the utensils to be used, coffee machine, fridge, microwave oven and we enjoyed our stay here! 💯 The food is tasty, the pool has a by the pool bar. Overall it was a magical experience. ⭐ we were hesitant upon reading some bad reviews but glad we gave this hotel a shot as it was nothing close to the bad reviews. please don’t trust all the bad reviews given. This resort has improved over time and we will definitely come here again!Guest review byMohanMalaysia
- From US$287.99 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 864 reviewsThe property is located on an almost private quiet beach, the prettiest cleanest beach I have seen. It’s being refurbished, we saw some of the new rooms and they look amazing. It’s close to chewang and all the nice restaurants. What really stands out is the staff, I have never stayed at a hotel with more exceptional staff. They remember your orders, they think ahead, they are polite and welcoming, it was the highlight of our stay. The manager was amazing, walking the floor, chatting to guests. Even the massage was possibly the nicest I have ever had.Guest review byManaviIndia

There are lots of stalls for bargain hunters, heaps of food options and of course a variety of nightlife spots to keep you entertained. Choose your timing, if you want to avoid crowds then don't go in the evening. You can book all your tours at one of the many outlets. And you'll find the best exchange rates at the currency exchange booths. Be prepared for people to be constantly trying to get your attention for goods and services. I'd recommend doing at least one island tour, go to Old Phuket Town and treat the elephants to a delightful scrub.Guest review byLisaAustralia - 6.0

If you want the beach and trips from the beach to the islands do not recommend you go this time of the year. As three single travellers there were very few bars, lots of restaurants that sold alcohol but no bars you could sit at and have a chat only found four and three of those were a good 30min walk from the centre. Ao Nang seems to have changed a lot over the years and has lost a lot of it's character as it is now catering more for families, which is not a all bad if that is what you are looking for but comparing it with Hua Hin, or Koh Samui, it just doesn't.Guest review byDennisAustralia - 10.0

I love it here . Has everything and anything.
I love it here . Has everything and anything. For me I like the beach , the restaurants, the markets and am happy to do that all day at one of the beach front bungalows. But there is plenty of night life if you want it . A lively place, lovely locals, easy to go other places on the island with taxis . The beach is beautiful. Warm water . Food and drinks along the beach .lots to see and do in the town. So many restaurants to choose from . Capybara cafe is so funny had a great time there . The night markets are greatGuest review bydeniseNew Zealand - 8.0

I am considering retirement in HY and this first stay was a real help to decide. I really like HY. There is so much I haven't seen on this trip but I will return in a couple of months. BOLT is a great way to get around, average journey price 55 baht (april 2025) BOLT drivers are amazing, you can have a car turn up in 2 minutes and be on your way. The selection of food in HY is off the scale. I have not met one person who was unkind or rude. I have had a couple of bad experiences in cafes with cold food or slow service but nothing to put me off returning to this city.Guest review bymikeUnited Kingdom - 8.0

A calm and quiet place that also has many places to walk. It is recommended to rent a car for a while because everything is relatively far from each other. Lots of good restaurants and also a really great market for shopping and food.Guest review byBarakIsrael - 10.0

Sun (the manager) and his amazing team treat you like family instantly and you honestly feel that the hotel is your Thai home. My family and I will never forget the wonderful facilities, food and warm feeling we received from everybody at the Pacific Club. My sons wanted me to mention Ron and Joso who made their stay by always stopping for a chat. I could not recommend to a family a better hotel in Phuket. Each evening you can ask reception to organise a tuk tuk to take you to Karon main strip for a couple of pound and on a Tuesday and Friday there is a fantastic night market at the temple. Well worth checking out. The best places to eat (apart from thd lovely menu at the hotel) are the tiny restaurants down the side streets. The ones with 2 or 3 tables and plastic chairs where you can see the chef. We ate some of the best food of our lives for unbelievable prices. Leaving a tip in these places goes a long way!Guest review byhazelUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Kata Beach was busy, especially at the southern end. We rented a scooter and visited Karon Beach and Hai Harn Beach. There are heaps of shopping, money exchanges and restaurant options in Kata Beach. We walked or used a scooter.Guest review byMelindaAustralia
