Great hotel with a very nice location and comfortable accommodations. The staff was so welcoming and kind. Food was great, we had the chance to try all sorts of local cuisine and it was well prepared with a highl quality of hygiene and taste. I had the time to swim twice in the covered pool, it was not the biggest one in the world but it did largely the job. The stay was comfortable and recovering. Highly recommended.

We were at the hotel with the kids, Staff were very friendly and helpful: the reception, luggage, restaurant, room service, etc... We opted for an all-inclusive option, which was perfect, especially with the children Food was excellent with plenty of varieties of all tastes in the buffet at the main restaurant Entertainment during the day and in the evenings was amazing. The entire family had fun, from pool foam party to evening samba show and beach party with professional DJ. The entertainment team and the kids' club team were very professional Cleanliness was also perfect We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely return to this hotel

We had the most perfect ending of our trip in Tunisia at this little gem in Hergla. To be honest, we already had quite high expectations of our stay because of the good reviews. Actually we didn't know much about Hergla and we came mostly for L'artisan and the fact that Hergla was a small place close to the sea. Both Hergla and L'artisan surpassed our expectations. Hergla is such a nice little relaxed town. It didn't feel crowded with turists and it still had a sleepy holiday vibe to it. The houses are beautiful and the people are friendly. Our room at L'artisan was huge and beautifully decorated and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. The owner is an excellent chef (and by excellent i really mean excellent). Everything we had from his kitchen was top notch - he even arranged for us to go on a boat trip with a local friend and his son, and when we spontaneously decided to buy fish from local guys during this trip he prepared them for us for dinner. Go here, you won't regret it.

This is the second time we book and it is definitely not the last. This time we booked the amazing deluxe apartment which was perfectly furnished with much taste and eye for details. You will have everything you need for a calm and relaxed stay. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking tools (even a hand blender) Everything was clean mattresses in all 4 rooms are so comfy. The host as usual was very welcoming and kind. Already gifting us with fruits and drinks in the fridge and offering us a beautiful surprise with one of the best pastry in town! I can’t think him enough for always exceeding our expectations with his generosity and courtesy. Thank you so much and see you again soon ❤️
