It was an amazing experience something you have to try… stay at the camp is totally safe, and make a favour to ur self go for the dinner at the dessert.. everyone was friendly even if they couldn’t speak in english. Totally worth it

Nice hotel in Douz with pool. Room was big and nice/clean. Breakfast was good and is served from 0500 AM!! Private parking.

The hotel is a real oasi in the desert: the building is huge, with a great pool and our room had a balcony. Everyone from the staff was kind and helpful: we had the chance to book a tour with the camel in the desert directly from the reception (for a very reasonable price, 15€). Breakfast and dinner were included: dinner was not exceptional, but you have a lot of choice (there’s even a guy who makes pizza). Breakfast was great, especially the crepes. Everything was really clean, they change towels and make the bed everyday. Very good value for money.

We loved the place. The last property before the desert, we came and there was wind starting to blow so could not go for long in the desert but still the stay was worth it. Mohammed is an amazing host, very nice, open and with attentions. We would definitely come back there if we want to stay longer in the desert.

Muhammed and Brigitte are great hosts. We loved to stay at their place. They helped us not only with recommendations for places to visit and eat but also made us feel at home. The apartment is spacious and clean, as clean as it gets with the sahara at the doorsteps, and we very much appreciated the nice pool in the yard.

Spacious houses under palm trees. The space is organized, pleasant, quiet and clean. Houses very clean, well equipped and fresh. Host is super nice and accommodating. Breakfast plentiful - the dates from the garden are delicious.

We had an unbelievable stay at the campsite and couldn’t recommend it more. Beautiful dunes in the Sahara desert, authentic tents which were comfy and had electricity. Brilliant staff who put on an excellent evening with traditional music, dance, horse dancing and cooking. A campfire to sit and watch the stars. This was a truly unique stay that you must try! I would pay a lot more for this experience, it really exceeded expectations.
