The design is exceptional and very nice! The size of the room was really impressive. Very clean. Food was tasty (although we managed to get food poisoned). Nicely designed pools and comfortable sun beds. (Just be aware that people are the same everywhere no matter how much money they pay and even if it is not allowed to reserve sun beds, people still do that and don't show for the rest of the day unfortunately). Amazing kids club. Really there is nothing to complain about. But.... We felt that it lacked a bit of a cosy feeling and we did prefer a less luxurious but more homely hotel we did stay in previously. It really depends on your preferences.

The rooms are spacious. Italian Alacarte was really exceptional, all quality foods with many varities, its great that one free alacarte provided. Room cleaning was excellent. The service was excellent all emplooyees were so helpful, hard working and hospitable.Hourly Animation programs always continues on time and very entertaining. Drinks offered were good quality, all bartenders are polite and works real fast as weI would like to special thank to Serkan bey, who welcomed us, always in contact with us and helped us anytime we need. Our morning waiter Ebru also so helpful and give all her attention to her section guests. The waiterNurullah from Italian restaurant made us great suggestions and very attentive as well. Spa is very nice and Zekiye hanım from Spa reception take care of us real well.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and it was a wonderful stay! The service was top notch - the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large (Royal), clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the sea. The restaurants are super: a large selection of dishes and drinks, everything is fresh and tasty. Fast Internet access, fitness room, tennis, bowling, laser tag, archery and many other activities. We were very pleased with our stay and will definitely come back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rixos Park Belek. We wanted a vacation where we could relax and Rixos was perfect for that, this was our first all inclusive experience and it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were clean and modern, the food was high quality, both in the buffet (Turquoise) and a La carte. We had the pleasure of trying all of the a La carte restaurants during our stay which was a nice break from the buffet - our favourite was the Italian (you get 1 a La carte meal for 5 nights stay). The cocktails in the bar were high quality - they even made cocktails which were not on the menu (espresso martini, old fashioned). We enjoyed the patisserie for a tea and cake in the afternoons. We had a ‘club room’ in the orient area which was very tranquil and away from the main building, it was a 7 min walk to the main building or a 2 min shuttle ride. We liked to mix our time between the orient pools which were very quiet and peaceful, and the main pool which was a bit more lively (but still relaxing). Communication was great with guests relations via WhatsApp, they were very responsive and helpful (thank you Zineb Demirtas). The staff in general were great. I was apprehensive before our stay because I read some negative reviews a few days before our holiday, but we had a great stay and cannot fault anything.
