Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Chef Emrah was especially helpful and spoke good English which made everything from ski hire to special requests much smoother. Staff went above and beyond to help, offering rides to/from the hotel to the ski lifts (which is usually just a 2 minute walk), took on suggestions for breakfast/dinner options, and accommodated late checkout. Staying at Balsoy was like staying at a second home, highly recommend.

We just stayed for one night as part of a long journey. Amazing value for the money. Sadly that there is no Dedeman hotels in every town.
