Comfortable and very well-decorated hotel, where you could always see the concern for the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. I would highlight the efficiency of the air conditioning in the rooms. The quality of the food at the restaurant was really good and with a wide variety of options, making it one of the hotels where I ate best. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The beach was sandy and very close to the hotel with a reserved area, including loungers and umbrellas, and it was possible to access the hotel's wifi. I loved the foam party in the pool. I also found positive the hotel having a medical post.

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. For our stay, we sought a relaxing atmosphere with the presence of other families, kid-friendly facilities, and a balance between quiet in the rooms when the kids slept and the option for some fun after 10 p.m. For dining, we hoped for a wide variety of high-quality food catering to different diets and cultural cuisines, with plenty of fresh produce. In terms of facilities and service, we wanted clean, cozy rooms, seamless service, beautifully maintained gardens, and thoughtful decor. You can see that every centimeter of the property is loved and cherished. Our experience was exceptional, and all of our expectations were fully met. Such a nice hotel, with everything you can possibly need. - very nice staff, for example we arrived 15 minutes before restaurant closure and the reception clerk himself suggsted for us to have some food before checking in. - Food was delicious, with a lot of choice and sometimes some extra showfood (like freshly made sushi or dessert). - Nice, clean rooms. We stayed in the family rooms which had a seperate bedroom (Villa park). It was in a seperate area which was more quiet and had a small restaurant on site, but therefore a bit of a walk to the main hotel area. - Kids entertainment was brilliant, especially because of the staff and all the nice things they arrange for the children. With the play area and mostly safe kids pool we could actually have a holiday feeling despite having small kids ;-) - Nice and good quality hammam

food was amazing (never ending) and the facilities were brilliant. kids loved the deserts and the variety available in all the different restaurants and the night snacks (burgers 😬) at the snack bar near the pool. pools were awesome although the weather unfortunately meant the slides weren’t always operating. the arcade inside the hotel has 2 10 pin bowling lanes with a large variety of games and pool tables. (not included in the price) staff were great, especially the 2 guys working in the arcade!!! a credit to the hotel, not to forget the cleaning ladies who always made an extra effort to be nice and friendly.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The design of the hotel is beautiful and quite unique — it really stands out and creates a pleasant atmosphere. It’s located just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, or you can take the cart that runs every 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The beach itself is comfortable, with plenty of sunbeds available.

I don't know where to begin, but it was the best vacation ever! Everything from the food, facilities, service was amazing! It's our second year there and the variety and choice of food is much better. The entertainment team is great and careful. The reception team with Ramazan is also amazing. They done everything to make our stay unforgettable!

This property was amazing for our family. It was very busy but didn’t feel so, the pools were fantastic, at either end of the hotel. Great buffet (probably best buffet restaurant we’ve ever been to), entertainment was fun.
