The hotel staff are friendly and take extra steps to make our stay comfortable. The lobby is luxurious and spacious. The room we had was also spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room to put our belongings down and counter space to put toiletries for a family. The bathroom was clean and shower was very comfortable with great water pressure. We also had a nice view of Tainan. Also, breakfast was so delicious! They had a wide variety of hot and cold food across Taiwanese, other Asian, and western cuisines. The seating was great and the whole experience was like a classy buffet. Lastly, I loved the gym. They had plenty of equipment from weights to a squat rack to many treadmills. The city is excellent and offers a great deal of places to visit, like Hayashi Store for some amazing souvenirs, Confucius Temple to appreciate the ancient learning and culture, a lot of Museums to showcase the art and history of the city, and the fantastic night markets for local cuisine of Tainan. I would not recommend visiting on a Monday as most of the shops, cafes and bars were shut during the day time and also in the evening it was quite difficult to find somewhere to eat.
