Our stay was exceptional! The hotel met all expectations — the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good and perfectly catered on time. The infrastructure was excellent, and the location couldn't be better — close to everything and especially convenient for visiting all the Disney parks. The room was comfortable and functional, with plenty of closet space and a small kitchen, making it ideal for longer stays.

Me n my family love the hotel it was very clean the water park was awesome my granddaughter loved it. We r planning on going back very soon . The staff was awesome no complaints from us at all. We had a little issue with the toilet it had a leak on the floor I called the front desk within minutes the maintenance guy came a fix the issue. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My son and I really liked this hotel, everything was great, I recommend it to everyone. The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially want to thank the security who helped find a place for my big car (box truck), namely Jordan+MJ, they were very eternal! We will definitely come back again.

Multiple things to do for kids, teens and adults at the resort. We did not have to leave the resort unless we wanted to. When we did leave the resort, many places were roughly 5-15min drive. (Walmart, target, dollar tree, multiple clothing stores and restaurants) Very Convenient!

Given a chance I would rate this hotel at 0 out of 10. I would like to give a zero rating to the hotel management (the manager) as he was showing no interest at all to talk when I said somebody stole the spare tire and wheel of my Jeep Wrangler car when parking in the hotel parking lot overnight. His response and behavior was rude as he took not even a minute to talk and explain, he simply said hotel is not responsible for any damages/losses in the parking lot to the vehicles and he said hotel doesn't have security cameras in the parking lot. I wonder why do they charge parking fee of $20 per night when they are not responsible for the vehicles and it is insane for such a big hotel to have no security cameras in the parking lot.

Make sure you eat at Boston Lobster Feast on 192 , sign up for email and get $10 off buffet. Go to Al Capone dinner show, and definitely go to Medieval Times Dinner Theater. All of them are worth the money.

One of the most happening place in US.

One of the most happening place in US. Every mile has an entertainment centre. Be it amusement park, water park, Indoor centre, food ...shopping. Buy 7day trolly ride pass for easy commute if you are not driving. We ate at Ashirwad indian Restaurent (red line stop 5). Host there Manali Shinde was very helpful to select Jain food. Pointe Orlando is a food district. Universal studio and sea world are just awesome amusement parks. Don't forget to ride Orlando eye the big wheel and world's highest sky swinger. If you want to setup your park visit www.bombayamusement.com

The location of our rental property was centrally located (...

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.

Personally, I am very easy to please, and Kissimmee was exactly what my family needed. The attractions are conveniently located. Aquatica water park was only a 20-minute drive, and SeaWorld was just in between. The Old Town House is adorable and caters to all types of people. My family truly enjoyed every moment of our trip.
