This was the perfect place to stay for our family. Everything was sensational, staff, facilities, heated pool a bonus. The food and the amount that was available was amazing and 3 free parent drinks was a treat. I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

What a fabulous find! It was absolutely not over hyped. The facilities were great, location was great, staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, you get to make your own waffles in the waffle makers and pour your own hot syrup! Like everyone has said before me, the kick back, snack, drinks including coffee all day were a massive bonus and helped with keeping costs low. Add that to breakfast, free parking, free towels with the swimming pool and hot tub, you're on to a winner. Honest I can't fault this place and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again.

Excellent hotel for a family vacation. Our 5-year-old child was thrilled with the pool. The room was very clean, and the staff were polite. Perfect location. We will definitely come back to this hotel! The only thing that could be improved is adding one more person at the reception desk in the evening hours. We had to wait two hours to check in because the guests before us had some issue, and it took a long time to sort out their accommodation.

We stayed 8 days/7nights at the hotel. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Service of everyone at the lobby, specially from Juju very good, very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, nearby Disney, and a lot of places to eat nearby. In the night you can spend your time at the Old Town.

I was there with family to spend Christmas in the parks.

I was there with family to spend Christmas in the parks. I didn't think the parks were that busy and we had so much fun taking in all the rides and shows. And they all were beautifully decorated. My favorite was Epcot. My great niece who is 5 really loved Disney. She was pampered and transformed into a princess at the Bippity Boppity Boutique. Highly recommend! We also had lunch at Cinderella's Royal table. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere with all the Characters was wonderful. Each one took so much time to make each child feel special. Highly recommend this as well.

Kissimmee is a nice area , just like everywhere it has its areas you have to be careful. Traffic is bad but it is a tourist area so expect that. Most people are very nice and helpful you do have some that act like they hate tourist. Overall I would recommend this area, the hotels are reasonable in price and most don’t charge a parking fee which I like and think it’s stupid when they do. You will enjoy Kissimmee , every place has its ups and downs but overall it’s more on the ups.

So many things to do for all ages but with so little time...

So many things to do for all ages but with so little time and would recommend capturing every moment as much as possible. Friendly, approachable and welcoming people everywhere. A variety of restaurants to choose from to eat. Different attractions to try in and outside theme parks. City buses is super cheap, though inconsistent in scheduled times. But just keep waiting and it will come eventually.

Make sure you eat at Boston Lobster Feast on 192 , sign up for email and get $10 off buffet. Go to Al Capone dinner show, and definitely go to Medieval Times Dinner Theater. All of them are worth the money.

We came to Orlando to see my family, we all went to the science center. We spent pretty much all day there. Then we went to Chillis for dinner. The Science center was great for the kids, very interactive! Of course, the traffic in Orlando is not fun to be in but you just have to take a deep breath and deal with it.

The location of our rental property was centrally located (...

The location of our rental property was centrally located ( 20-30 min drive)to all of the theme parks. While we only visited the Universal parks, Disney is just around the corner from the property. There are many food venues near the rental, as well as numerous Pubix and Walmarts to pick up any necessities. The kitchen has everything needed for a quick meal at home, if you so desire. The swimming pool was available, although we did not have time to use it. The pool and deck were spotless, as was the whole house. Wonderful stay.
