Conveniently located for our cruise. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was good, rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Definitely recommend if you have a cruise.

I really appreciated the comfort, the structure of the hotel, the cleanliness and the location, especially for those going to Disney. The swimming pool and gym are also very good. Another positive factor was that I rented a car and had no problems finding parking spaces and if there were there were plenty of parking spaces on the other side of the street in front of the hotel. Anyway, I recommend the Hotel.

Diverse Sunshine State of Disney

The Sunshine State – Florida – has so much going for it that we hardly know where to begin! From Key West all the way to Jacksonville and Pensacola, this diverse state has magnificent beaches attracting beautiful people and exotic wildlife.

At its tip are the incredible Everglades, largely accessible only by air boat. East, Miami is known for its Latin American vibe and the Art Deco buildings of glamorous Miami Beach. Fort Lauderdale is nicknamed ‘Venice of America', while Palm Beach hosts the annual SunFest music festival. Room was gorgeous. You can hear the waves right from your room. The artwork was exceptional. You can tell a local artist was involved with the decor. View was stunning. I also loved the connection to Opal Sol next door. Just go through the glass walkway and you have access to more pools and an even bigger gym with sunrise views. The pool was amazing - you can hear the waves crashing from your chair. Poolside menu - great and drinks food delivered right to your spot. Great service. We also used the free bikes to explore the strip.

Given a chance I would rate this hotel at 0 out of 10. I would like to give a zero rating to the hotel management (the manager) as he was showing no interest at all to talk when I said somebody stole the spare tire and wheel of my Jeep Wrangler car when parking in the hotel parking lot overnight. His response and behavior was rude as he took not even a minute to talk and explain, he simply said hotel is not responsible for any damages/losses in the parking lot to the vehicles and he said hotel doesn't have security cameras in the parking lot. I wonder why do they charge parking fee of $20 per night when they are not responsible for the vehicles and it is insane for such a big hotel to have no security cameras in the parking lot.

Most people there spoke Spanish and we could not understand each other very well. But I liked Key Biscayne...the beaches were beautiful and the restaurants were very good. Food was delicious. Craft restaurant was good.for breakfast and dinner. And went to a diner thats been on the Island for a long time.

Its a big city with mostly Spanish speakers. The price you see is not the price you pay needing to budget on top of price for built in gratuity of 14 - 20 % plus state tax then the person serving or selling to you wants a tip also (usually for not doing much)

Its clean and safe beaches, the tranquility of the area, the tourist attractions, the proximity of the airport to the hotel zone near the beach, the variety of restaurants, and the peace of mind of walking or strolling safely make it a perfect destination. The weather is spectacular during the fall and winter seasons.

Tampa traffic can be challenging but there are a lot of things to see in Tampa we were here on a medical trip so a lot of time was not given to explore. Overall the trip would have been a lot better had the stay at the hotel been such a disaster.

This is beautiful city to visit.

This is beautiful city to visit. It has different activities and places to visit for one andb all. The beaches are nice and clean and plenty of beach chairs and umbrella for rent for a fee which it's reasonable considering the location.

Make sure you eat at Boston Lobster Feast on 192 , sign up for email and get $10 off buffet. Go to Al Capone dinner show, and definitely go to Medieval Times Dinner Theater. All of them are worth the money.

Key West has lost any of thd old appeal. Food and drinks are unacceptable for whoever is looking for a quality time, with memory of the history and the magic of the sunsets. The type of offer is for one-day shot and cruise tourism. Low level restaurants ( but expensive), drinks, men’s clubs, drag queens, pathetic music… nothing remains of the past Magic.

Wonderful place to explore.

Wonderful place to explore. Most items don't open till later in the day as they stay open later in the evenings. Lots of walking but worth it. Parking is very limited especially in the heart of the historic district. Lots of food options and items to look around/explore.

We love Hollywood Beach.

We love Hollywood Beach. The particular area holds a lot of nostalgia for us as we used to live in Hollywood. We now live in Southwest Florida so anytime we can get over to Hollywood Beach is a treat. We love that everything is conveniently close by including restaurants and shops. The vibes are very cool. It is family friendly. You feel comfortable in the day or evening walking up and down the boardwalk. Highly recommend Rocco‘s pizza. Everything they have in there is delicious. Also recommend food and drinks from Sahara‘s, which is just a little bit up from Rocco‘s. The band shell always has great live music.
