We had an excellent week long stay at Hotel Renew. We had a party of 4, and were in 2 rooms with partial sea view and balconies. For the location right next to Waikiki beach, this hotel is a gem. The staff are very helpful, friendly and welcoming. They were great at providing us with what we needed for the day such as beach chairs, towels, extra coffee, travel advice and bus schedules. The lobby is well decorated and feels very relaxing as soon as you walk in. The rooms may feel a bit on the small side to some, but you are paying for location. They are clean and modern, with a great shower and bathroom. Lots of places to unpack and hide suitcases away. We got ourselves organized on day one to clear the floor and put clothes away into the warddrobe and it felt great, once tidy, for the rest of the stay. Beautiful views of the sunset dropping over the ocean horizon from the balconies that face north. I would definitely recommend staying here, and we will stay here again for our next visit to Honolulu.

We had a truly wonderful experience. The staff, at any hour of the day or night, was always incredibly helpful, kind, and highly professional. Even when we faced a couple of small setbacks, they handled everything perfectly and always helped us find the best solution with patience and a smile. The rooms are simple but very nice, with a relaxed style that perfectly matches the island vibe. After a minor issue, we were given an amazing upgrade: a suite with two bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a view of the pool. Absolutely stunning—we felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. An outstanding hotel that combines warm hospitality, professionalism, and an authentic atmosphere that makes it truly special. Mahalo a hui hou! 🙏

I honestly don't know why this hotel's average rating is 6.5. They are very good. The hotel is simple but very clean and tidy. The service is excellent. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport that is super fast. There is coffee available in the lobby from 4 am, which is great because we leave early for activities in Oahu. The hotel has free parking. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. I read that many people complained about the noise from a nearby construction project, which is now over and that it will greatly increase the value of stays there because there is a monarail leaving the airport for Waikiki and it stops right around the corner from the hotel. Excellent! I will be back many times!

This resort really has the personal touch and thoughtfulness about showcasing Hawaiian culture. Their program of events was interesting and the outdoor pool was great. Honestly nothing to fault on this trip and I'm already intending to book again ASAP!

Its excellent service, its friendly staff, its delicious and well-presented dishes and the perfect location of this hotel made our mother-daughter trip an unforgettable experience.

Room and hotel in good condition. Clean, fresh room. Room well cleaned every day. Aircondition good. We were in 25th floor with balcony and sea view, beautiful view.

Good, central location in Kahului. The staff was endlessly accommodating! Even went out of their way and forwarded a package which was running late.

The hotel is beautiful, it has a nice pool, fresh water and an acceptable breakfast. The staff is really nice, helpful and the room was amazing
