Early check in without any additional fee, friendly employees at reception and luggage service. Great location downtown, close to public transportation, the lakefront, the Bean, Museum of Natural History (which is awesome), Magnificent Mile, 360, Oak Beach can easily be reached by bus or your own two feet. Great beds, very comfortable.

The hotel was right in the city center, yet it was quite calm and quiet at night. Rooms were exceptionally clean, as was the hotel itself, staff very pleasant. We enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly return to the same hotel.

Everything’s clean and good. The hotel is located near the most touristic places. One extra point for it is that it has parking lot with no extra charges.
