A very cozy and welcoming place. Great staff, friendly and helpful, 24/7. Beautiful building and nice rooms, quite spacious and in excellent condition. Very clean everywhere. Very good location, close to the beach but also quiet in the night. Breakfast included, coffee and water always available.

The whole decor and layout of the hotel is very welcoming
There is a lovely courtyard where drinks are served and there are complimentary drinks from 5pm to 6pm (not Sunday) Absolutely free!
The rooms are of a very high standard with balconies
The location is excellent being a few minutes from the centre of State St and near the best restaurants
The staff were very helpful especially Fabian and Nate on the front desk
We went to a Winery for a tasting and Fabian provided us with all the picnic accessories.
The pool is small and comfortable to sit around
Overall one of our best stays in Santa Barbara in a great boutique hotel

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable, staff were accommodating and it couldn’t have been any better. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling, business or pleasure.
