the staff were immediately super welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean. towels and bins replaced daily. AC worked amazing after the hot days on the beach and walking around LG. free wifi worked well enough to watch movies online without any problems. the cafe provides amazing food and there’s an indoor bar with friendly and outgoing staff. pool lights up once dark which is so beautiful whether you want to go for a swim or just sit nearby for a meal. campfires nightly to enjoy warmth after sunset. accessible toilets in the room and on the beach. nice front porch in front of our room with two chairs and a table. 10/10, would definitely stay again.

Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

Needed a hotel prior to flight back from JFK. Originally thought of Central New York but this hotel was just perfect! It's the right side for JFK, it's right on the beachfront, it's comfortable, views are spectacular and the staff wonderful. 2 different receptionists (sorry didnt get their names) - friendly and efficient. Restaurant colleague Anny - LOVELY, and Lois - so friendly and willing to try to speak UK english! Great fun Bartender Christian - good service and purveyor of good conversation and local information

What a superb location - the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the room, with direct access to the beach via a sliding door to the balcony, and the lovely town located a short walk from the room via the entrance door. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean! The magical sunset. The endless beach in both directions.

This property is the perfect location on Long Island, the room was amazingly big and spacious. The beds were very very comfortable and we had a perfect night sleep. The hotel facilities casino etc was great

Great location with friendly service at a reasonable price for the area of Manhattan. Easy access to subway with gym at disposition and staff available 24 hours for late check-in.

Loved the large room - and even had a sea view room which was a lovely bonus. The free transport to the town and back was really handy too
