There are homelessness problems though… you see them throughout the city which makes you feel unsafe especially at night time. The ladies at the front desk were awesome. I wrote their names on my boarding pass, so I cannot give them their accolades by name. They went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. Housekeeping was a little shy, but very accommodating. They kept the hotel spotless. The grounds were free of trash and inviting. Port Angeles and Sequim are both delightful little towns, very different but both very friendly. And very near the beautiful Olympic National Park. We commuted to practice medicine there for 5 years, and it would be a wonderful place to live, but certainly is a delight to visit. Many upscale restaurants in both towns. Beautiful little town, especially at Christmastime, with wonderful decorations. Chick-Fil-A is conveniently located, lots of little shops and a great Mall. Bellingham has a really nice safe vibe. Family friendly, no skyscrapers, easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants, coffee houses etc.We much preferred it to the big city vibe in Seattle.
