Few other recreational activities are also available to pursue. The room was exactly as described, and all the amenities were perfect. Breakfast had a decent spread. Everyone at Riverwalk Resort were kind and friendly. The front desk staff went out of their way to walk us through where things were at the resort and answered all.our questions. We stayed here to celebrate our 3 year old son's birthday, so the kids place space was an unexpected pleasant bonus where my daughter and I were able to have a sensory-friendly birthday party for my child with Austim. We had pizza for dinner, played, and danced for a good 2 hours! Other guests who walked would join briefly and celebrate as well. We had a blast during our stay. I highly recommend for families.

If you want to experience NH as it was, this motel gives every guest a bird's eye view of the roaring Pemi River 20 feet away. If you want an antiseptic condo experience once or twice removed from nature, go elsewhere. If you want the fresh air and sound of nature right outside your window, come here and ask for room 7

Location is perfect , close to the city but far enough to be into nature and be calm. Room was huge and full kitchen was well stocked. Pools were perfect . Close to the cycle path and hiking trails. Staff was just awesome - the highlight of our USA northeast roadtrip!

Great location for skiers. Restaurants and activities are expensive everywhere in Lincoln. No real supermarkets. Normally priced restaurants, stores and markets are 20 minutes south in the Plymouth area, if you need to stalk up on anything.

There are so many things to do for families in this area - Clarks Bears, Whales Tale Water Park, Lost River Gorge, Flume Gorge, Loon Mountain, Cascade Falls, and so much more. The Kangamangus is right there and there are some great places to stop along the way.

A quiet community conveniently located close to lots of amenities and attractions. Very friendly, welcoming people.
Grocery stores and even a Walmart in one direction and lots of places to eat in both directions. Dijon Crêperie was delicious and provided a gluten free option too

Liked · Great, typical NH ski cabin. Was comfortable for our family while we were in town attending a wedding and doing some hiking.
Disliked · The railing around the stairs is a little precarious and I would not suggest this listing for young toddlers or others who are not comfortable around stairs.
As another commented mentioned, the pool & community center access is only free for two adults (and kids under 7). I think the listing has been updated to share that though.

Summer: There is very little in way of food options in this area that is within walking distance of the condo rentals and due to COVID times (?) some things (stores and restaurants) close early. Town Condos area has some food options but you will have to drive 20+ mins to get to anything else, like Lincoln NH.
There are some hike paths; some marked out better than others.
When staying overnight, be sure to research the location you are selecting; some don't offer A/C units and you may have to go offsite to use amenities.

You literally just need to bring your bodies and clothes...
You literally just need to bring your bodies and clothes because the house is so well equipped with all your household essentials and more! The pool is a short walk or a drive is minutes away. The lake was also great for a swim.
Right around the corner from the dam you have Campton Cubard that from the outside looks like a regular corner store but when you enter it’s like a mini grocery store and family dollar in one. They even have a butcher!! Market basket and Hannafords about an 18 min drive which wasn’t bad either. The locals were very welcoming and friendly as well.
Brett was just a phone call away and great communicating via text as well.
There is not one complaint from any of the 7 of us who stayed in this gorgeous home with great decorations.
We loved our experience in the summer and can’t wait to experience our stay in the winter. You won’t regret it! Book it!

Nice location to the Flume Gorge, Old Man of the Mt and Kancamagus highway. Good restaurants (Covid-19 hours shortened the choices). Overall very scenic. N Woodstock Brewery + B+B is a wonderful place to stay right in the middle of town.
