We arrived early and they kept our bags. The room wasn’t ready because it was about 11am when we arrived but they offered to WhatsApp us when our room was ready. They also told us to WhatsApp them if we ever needed anything. When we went to check in they told us they upgraded us for free!! They asked for the money for our room when we got there but we had no cash on us and they said that was not a problem, we just payed later that night. The room was lovely and spacious, super clean. Such an amazing location also, better than our last hotel. The people here are absolutely amazing, we had a bus at 8pm and they kept our bags for us all day. Ho Chi Minh is a vibrant city with lots of French influence. The city has many interesting places to visit like the city centre with the Opera House and statue of Ho Chi Minh, Ben Thanh markets, Ben Nghe street food restaurants, Independence Palace and War Remnants museum. Outside the city is the Cu Chi tunnels and the Mekong river which are both day trips.
