Spacious room and bathroom, good breakfast, nice pool facilities. Everything is new and super comfortable. The hosts were super nice to us and helped with information when we needed. We could also leave our things there after checkout while exploring more the area and have shower before departure

The friendly owners (Dung and Tuan) are super welcoming and helpful. They booked a van for us from Hanoi at very affordable rates. We also celebrated New Year's Eve with their family and friends. The staff is also very professional and always smiling. You are greeted with tea and footbath once you are back from your day visits. The breakfast options are very nice with plentiful of fruits. The recommendation are spot on with free bicycles. Lastly, the owners are so nice that they prepared a food package for us when we checked out. This is what makes them different from other properties. I will come again to this place and totally recommend everyone to stay at this wonderful place in Tam Coc.

This hotel is just slightly outside of the busy centre, which was a good thing for us. It was nice and quiet with a yummy breakfast and a nice restaurant across the street. The hotel is still very close to town so it is very easy to get around. The hotel was very comfortable and properly cleaned. We stayed 5 nights (originally 4 but extended) and we would definitely stay here again. The staff were super helpful. My son loved the banana pancakes!

Very good home stay, Thai met us on arrival and helped us with checking in, arranging breakfast and transport for local attractions and also transport to return to Hanoi. this is an excellent location near to all local attractions . We also borrowed bikes and cycled around local area.

The location is beyond amazing! Best location ever!! The staff was truly helpful, gave us a map on the first day, and helped us organize our tours in the area. They also rend bicycles, which is the best thing you can do over there. The traffic is not so bad in the village and in the countryside almost everyone is on a bike. Even though we stayed in early January, the weather was great, and with almost no mosquitoes, which was a concern given that the bungalows are on a lake. Relaxing on the porch underneath the hills with a book and hearing the sounds of nature is just priceless.

We had the best time here, what an amazing place. Beautiful Resort situated in the countryside of Ninh Binh. The rooms are very spacious and the bed very comfortable , Breakfast and dinner are good quality and very varied. We particularly enjoyed the excursion with Mr. Thanh who is a very knowledgeable guide to Bai Ding- Trang An Cave. We would definitely go back soon.

We had a bungalow and it was amazing! Such a beautiful place in a gorgeous scenery. Perfect if you want to escape the city and have the beautiful view without the tourist traps coming at you constantly 😅 you can rent a motorcycle to go anywhere easily, only 20min ride to Tam Coc with the scenic route, very lovely and some nice restaurants on the way.

Everything is an incredibly good service. They are helpful with absolutely amazing tours to Trang An and Tam Coc with a private guide and driver, which can only be recommended. Our guide Thong is the best guide we have ever had. He gave us two fantastic days with full catering, ice-cold water, stories, and much more.

This stay was extraordinary! The location is beautifully located - directly at the waterfront of the river where you do the boat tours, but still very close to the vibrant city centre. Really good place to go if you want to see natural beaty, cool caves, really beautiful trekks, love boating and ancient temples. i could easily have stayed for more that 3 days but my time there was short.

As far as I can make out, this town is a suburb/area of Ninh Binh, less than a mile from the train station. It is probably the friendliest place I've ever been - I think I was "helloed" by just about everyone under 10 I saw. But the highlights are really in the surrounding countryside, so I would recommend planning for a few days out to see the nature reserves and participate in the activities. You don't need to travel far, and can get Grab taxis or bikes if you don't have your own transport.

We spent two days in Ninh Binh and could have easily spent a...

We spent two days in Ninh Binh and could have easily spent a day or two longer. It's a very laid back area and there is lots to see. We stayed between Trang An and Tam Coc and used bicycles to get around. The quieter location suited us but for younger travellers Tam Coc is more vibrant. The walk to the top of Hang Mua viewpoint is best done in the early morning (we went before breakfast) so it isn't too crowded and not too hot. There were mountain goats roaming around when we walked up (around 7.00am) but they'd gone by the time we descended and more people were arriving. We didn't take the boat ride in Tam Coc but we took a boat ride in Trang An. The scenery seems more mountainous around Trang An than Tam Coc. On the day we went the water was high so we couldn't go into the caves and there was only one route open, which seemed to be a mix of the other routes. The boat trip lasted around 2.5 hours and was excellent. We also visited the old town at night, which was nice. It's all lit up and there are some good places to eat on the waterfront. Bich Dong temple is also worth visiting. There is a staircase leading up to a smaller shrine and to the left of that there is a passage through a bat cave and up to another small shrine outdoors.

I had a wonderful experience at Lighthouse Hotel in Ninh Binh. The hotel is located in a convenient location, near markets and attractions, making transportation easy. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fully equipped with amenities. In particular, the receptionist is very friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist customers. The hotel also provides a private cooking area and dining table for guests, creating a feeling of home. The yard is spacious and airy, providing a relaxing space after days of exploration. I will definitely return to Lighthouse Hotel on my next trips to Ninh Binh.

The view is stunning.

The view is stunning. I was shocked of how beautiful and cleaned this city is. You can enjoy cycling around the city under the quiet, historic and cultural atmosphere. At the famous landmarks, there was no scam or shoving, hustling, jostling. The goat meat in Ninh Binh is so delicious
