We loved everything about Bophirima Boutique hotel, the place exceeded our expectations, the hotel is breath taking,the staff was wonderful, Merriam and the rest of the staff where very helpful and never got tired helping us,they made sure everything was within our reach,Bra Willy! This is a well-kept gem of a property with excellent staff that are properly trained in hospitality. The service throughout our stay was very professional. Breakfast menu is great, too. Every request was met with a "can do" attitude and I particularly liked that we could communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp during our stay. The gardens are so nice that one just feels like sitting in a lazy chair all day!

We have discovered a piece of heaven this weekend. So much care was giving to the development of this property and all the amenities that come with it. Mark and Caroline were amazing hosts. No amount of trouble was spared to make our stay a most enjoyable one. Breakfast was a veritable feast to appease all guests. We will certainly recommend Stone Hill to our family and friends and we (as well as the doggie) will be back. Thank you very much.

Everything went perfect. From the Special Requests to the Requests that just goes with 5 Start Bookings, was included. When I asked for something "Special" we did not only get Special Campaign, but Towels also Folding and Rose Petals in the Room and Bathroom, we even received this at Dinner Table, etc.

We loved all the activities offered in Harties, I would just a bit more information to visitors in terms of the facilities like shopping malls could be shared. Also, for other sites that offered activities to share the all the activities e.g. indicating that one can come and have a picnic after activities or can buy food/drinks at the place.

My only comment is that the owners are allowing this place...

My only comment is that the owners are allowing this place to deteriorate and will require a major effort to recover what it is losing. On the Saturday there were only twenty (20) people that checked in and on the Sunday there were four (4). How can an establishment like this be sustainable.

We went hiking at Rustig hiking trails, which is an experience never to be missed. We had dinner at Esther's, the quality of which was good, and they offer s relatively wide range to choose from. The terrain to the hiking trail is best suited for a 4x4 or SUV.

I enjoyed the games, breakfast was good excluding juice. The rooms was clean but there were no tea or coffee items in the rooms. They need to clean the other premises there’s too much dust. They need to fix their showers when you bath it becomes wet every where in the room. Their staff need customer service training, they are trying but they are failing there and there

I liked the location, being situated away from the city and in the bush it was very quiet and peacful, there a great hiking trail on the property and it is close to oyher hiking venues. The property has very nice swimming pools and there is mini golf and tennis courts to keep the family busy

Hartbeespoort is a nice place for a short getaway. There is plenty to see and do but it seems restaurants are charging astronomical prises for relatively mediocre food. Entrance fees to attractions and activities are also higher than normal
