Cosy, stylish, quiet and peaceful. Saw some monkeys and mongooses. Best Wi-Fi in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot tub. Cute animal ornament and hand woven plates for souvenirs. Books. We spent 5 nights and felt very comfortable every time we came back from a long day exploring - would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our mini honeymoon at Nkosi. Staff are attentive, friendly & so genuine. The hotel is lovely with nice modern designs. Breakfast was good, with a great variety. Dinner was amazing, my husband especially loved the crocodile starter and I the mushroom starter, the freshest most organic mushrooms I’ve ever eaten! Thank you chef. Thank you to Solomon for arranging a romantic table for us on the upstairs terrace and for his outstanding service throughout our stay, he is a true gem. Thank you to Nomsa as well… We will definitely return

I wish my room had a bathtub. That was really the only complaint. The room was advertised as "watering hole view" but it was really off to the side (room 46). Amazing though, I only stayed one night. I woke up to see the sunrise and saw families of pumbas, monkeys, etc. Magical!!!

Incredibly beautiful place to stay with excellent staff. Clean & comfortable rooms with great views, well maintained common areas and swimming pool. For the reasonable price for a safari lodge, this place ticks all the boxes. The Game drives with Blessing as our guide were well organized. It was my wife's birthday and the communication with the staff prior and during our visit regarding the private dinner was excellently done. Special thanks to Chef Catherine for the incredible feed, Albertina reception for always being so kind & Louis who waited on us during our dinner ( very polite man). Would highly recommend this hotel during your stay in Hwange. Almost forgot to mention the very busy waterhole as we had huge herds of elephants on both nights while having dinner as well as during the day.

The staff were amazing!! Clive and Freedom on the bar were great! The food is delicious and we were so grateful for them organising us a private dinner with complimentary wine for our honeymoon. The honeymoon suite did not disappoint. The venue were happy to organise anything you needed and nothing was too much trouble... even insect repellent was provided!

Our room was located in a very nice and calm part of the hotel (No. 039). Furniture, bed and bath in good condition. Breakfast acceptable, all other dining and service sufficiently available. Special thanks to Cindy, Miriam, Camillo, Kerry, the team of three ladies in the kitchen plus all others of the house, really very friendly staff.

The location and rooms are great, but what separates this hotel from all the others is the service. The desk staff is always ready to help. The breakfast is fast, hot, and well-presented. The cleaning staff does great work and always offers a pleasant greeting.

Incredible Falls; a wonder of the world. Bring a raincoat as the mist can feel like rain and it did, in fact, rain on us. Make sure to eat at the Lookout Café, which is true to which its name and walking distance from the Falls

Seeing the falls was a highlight.

Seeing the falls was a highlight. The evening river cruise was excellent. The helicopter flight over the falls was excellent. The Victoria Falls hotel is delightful. The 3 monkeys bar and grill is a winner for a show-stopping pizza. Victoria Falls is fairly expensive compared to other places in Africa I have visited. Everything is paid for in $US usually at inflated prices. Livingstone was fairly grimy and run down but crossing the border over the bridge is a great experience. The street hawkers and touts are unbearable at times.
