Location was great, food service was convenient, it was a great retreat. Reception staff were great, Zahid was very welcoming and was able to accommodate our needs. The whole support staff in charge of the adventures were also very helpful and fun to journey with. We really enjoyed all the activities and time we spent.

This was booked for a family friend and they absolutely loved it, the only sad part was they had to leave the beautiful resort . Everything was great and it was nice how hotel management and staff gave a complimentary cake for their son’s birthday.

Beautiful resort with a lot of great facilities and activities. Very quiet and well managed, amazing bar with cocktails and amazing drinks. Beautiful and spacious rooms with comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the mountains. Free parking at the property. Good location with supermarkets and coffee shops around.

The entire resort was outstanding, staff were very friendly, the room is super spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! There were a lot of activities within the resort which was fun

one of the Best JA resorts in UAE, the location, and design and the style of the hotel is so nice and relaxing, the room is amazing so spacious and can fit a family of 4 easily, balcony outside so so nice and the family pool and activities is soo fun, my kids loved this place and they wanted to stay more.

The hotel is more like a luxury resort, beautiful grounds, 5 star restaurants, tennis court & indoor games for kids, great playground & animals to feed. All the staff were incredible, especially with our son.
