1. The staff was polite and accommodating. 2. It is family oriented, great for children with disabilities. 3. Having choices for 2-2.30 hour tours was fantastic. 4. Having various restaurants for dinner as part of the all inclusive package is fantastic.

the staff was very helpful. nice room food and service. staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I don’t drink alcohol and they made sure I felt comfortable and got me virgin drinks. food was so good at all the restaurants. and out of all the Bahia principe resorts I’ve been to, this was one of the best ones entertainment wise. which I was surprised because I would expect more out of the punta cana ones. will be coming back.
