We have been greeted with a smile, cold water and orange juice for our child. Large confy beds, large clean rooms. Very helpful friendly & professional staff. Amazing clean pool with lots of sunbeds. Good breakfast. Had the best relaxation massage from Elena. They gave us a souvenir at check out. This hotel deserves 5 stars!!!

The location is amazing, bang in the centre of Platanias and literally at the beach. Easy taxi drive from Chania as well. The outside facilities, especially the pools, are amazing, well maintained and super clean, and great for kids. The staff was more than lovely, kind and helpful and the room was very clean. We had a lovely stay.

We had the pleasure to receive one of the best room the hotel has! - first one in line, sea view! The room (an apartment I may say) was large, 2 big rooms and a bathroom. The sea was few meters away - more than great! The hotel has many swimming pools! The restaurant has a lot of food on each one's taste! (Also gluten free) Great variety! Also the shows they have every evening - were great! Our kids loved the Mini Disco Show 😊

It was a great resort to relax. The service was great, very attentive and cordial without becoming overwhelming. The whole structure was spotless , the room was cleaned twice a day , sheets and towels daily or every time you needed them. We were very impressed with the food , different types of plates every day, never boring or tasteless. We enjoyed particularly the variety of sweets with every meal. The pool was big and warm , the sea was amazing , the activities were rare but we enjoyed the quietness. The cocktails were ok, the restaurant by the sea was very good. I also liked the spa. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. The resort has also a quite nice architecture. Overall it was a fantastic stay and a good quality price ratio.

The hotel, staff, food, pools, waterpark, drinks, animation program was perfect. The beach is a 2 minutes walk on a paved road. Beach is rocky but we had a car for the whole stay. 4 minutes Ride on the same beach there is a sand beach. Wife is gluten free - She had no problem to choose for food (everything labeled)

A Wonderful Stay at Isla Brown Chania I just returned from a fantastic holiday and had the pleasure of staying at Isla Brown Chania. The hotel exceeded all expectations. It's located in a calm and quiet area, which made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — we were even greeted with champagne, which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and spotless throughout. You can tell it's newly built and well-maintained. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering plenty of options to suit all tastes. Our room was spacious, filled with natural light, and had high ceilings with breathtaking sunset views — simply stunning. On weekends, the hotel features live jazz music, which added a charming atmosphere to our evenings. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, the hotel has everything you need for a perfect stay. General Manager always attending to Guests requests and good person. I would highly recommend Isla Brown Chania and would love to return in the future!
