We had really great time, from the moment we entered and got served by the front desk team. Throughout the whole vacation with the animation team restaurants and general stuff all was very good.

We had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Rodos Village and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff welcomed us and ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and was cleaned everyday. It was located near the pool area but a transportation service was offered from and to the reception any time by the staff. The hotel offers an array of fantastic amenities. There are 3 pools located in different parts of the hotel, childrens' s waterslides, a playground, an indoor playroom, spa and several bars and restaurants offering different options for everyone. The main pool is a perfect place to unwind, with plenty of loungers and many activities going on during the day. The dining experience was exceptional. The main restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. We visited the other restaurants as well and my son (age 6) loved the crepes by the main pool. We didn't have to wait long time to find available table as the staff worked hard to serve the food as fast as possible and to clean the tables for the next guests, always smiling. There are many bars located in different parts so never met a queue. The bar staff always attentive and after a few times they remember your favourite drinks. The overall service in the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We didn't use the spa services but we plan to visit it the next time. The location of the hotel is nice with easy access to the beach (4 mins) and there is a bus stop right outside if you want to use public transportation to visit other places on the island. The overall experience was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent facilities, and exceptional service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting.

We visited for a week on our honeymoon and it was the best decision to stay at this hotel: IT WAS PERFECT! The cute and pleasant welcome gift from a hotel was the ideal start of our vacation, which was very thoughtful of a staff. We chose all-inclusive: we had a free mini-bar which was refilled everyday by our choice, the main restaurant where u can east breakfast, lunch and dinner + 3 different restaurants that u can dine in once at each (japanese was the best for us!) Also, there was a “Yummy truck” with tasty burgers (even vegetarian ones and bowls) and “Dream’n’Creams” (with delicious pancakes and ice creams). The food in wholesome was something! Especially in the japanese restaurant the flavours were new to us and we loved it! We red before the bad reviews about the lack of various meals in the restaurant, but we thoughg the opposite - for any time of a day there’s a plenty of food u can choose from! Fruits, vegetables, pancakes, ice creams, bread, cakes, pies, pasta, fishes, different kind of cheese and meat, you name it. Talking about the interior - love it! Reminds boho and arabian at the same time. We had a room with a private pool, but the beach was so good that we stayed moatly at the beach, which was quite (almost all of the families with children were at the general pool. The beach is clean, you can find various activities. We chose a jet-ski, which was super fun, you get 15min for 45€. A HUGE THANKS TO NIKKI AND AL. So kind, caring, professional and always with a smile. It was such a pleasure to meet these people! Also, compliments to a bartender (didn’t get a chance to get his name, as heard it’s Pedro maybe, apologies if wrong) with a long hair and an earring - so professional, funny and always asking if we need something at the beach. Overall all of the staff are such a perfect example how the guests should be greeted. Hopefully we’ll come on our wedding anniversary, because this hotel is the best we’ve ever stayed before at.❤️

My husband and I visited the Mayia resort in order to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. We had been saving up for this vacation for years so we had very high expectations and I must say that they were met 100%. I truly was exceptional! The facilities are beautiful with great style, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff was truly amazing! From the reception, to everyone working at the restaurants and Valantis at the pool, every single person that we came across did everything they could to make sure that we had an amazing experience! I cannot say enough about the staff! The resort provides so many choices when it comes to your meals, from the main restaurant with an amazing buffet, that I wouldn’t mind having every meal there, to the three beautiful a la carte restaurants to choose from! We also enjoyed the performances every night at the auditorium and the parties at the pool! It was a lovely way to end the night! My husband and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to relax, enjoy good food and feel pampered! We really hope to be able to go back one day!

Many activities for kids and adults, super friendly staff

Excellent value for money! We booked the half board and had dinner at the hotel - great choice! For a 2 night holiday the hotel provided all and more what we expected. Upon arrival we got a room upgrade to a suite with a straight access to a semiprivate swimming pool - super! In the room we had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting us in ice bucket, minibar free of charge and a plate with fresh fruit! Room was big and comfortable, amenities high quality, all excellent! What we liked the most was the private beach with chairs, clean water and beautiful scenery. Dinner was like in a high quality cruise ship, plenty of choices and excellent service. We really enjoyed our time here and will return if we are back in Rhodes one day. Thank you for the hospitality!
