We stayed at the hotel over the Easter week, the very beginning of the summer season, and couldn’t be more impressed with how smoothly the hotel was running! The hotel is well-designed and spacious, there are plenty of social areas for family chit chat and cute alleys for taking a walk. We loved seeing all the palm trees and hearing birds chirping throughout the day. The staff at the hotel were super friendly, without an exception, and genuinely interested in helping guests have a great time. There are two swimming pools to choose from: one for kids with slides, another one for adults, and a carefully maintained beach with lazy chairs and a beach bar. The restaurant is great and operates very efficiently, we never had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get seated, even during the peak time. And I don’t need to tell you all how amazing the Cretan cuisine is. In short, this is an absolute gem of a place to stay in!

We booked this while we were already in Crete and didn`t checked a lot befor booking. When we arrived we were absolutely amazed! The hotel is located in an amazing spot, great views, beach, pools, restaurant and rooms. We were upgraded to a suite and it was awesome, everything clean, the staff was always nice and helpful. All inclusive is definitely worth it, we even decided to stay more days after our first booking. Definitely the place you want to stay in Crete.
