Tranquil by name. Tranquil by nature. A stunning property with mixed use of natural forest, (robusta) coffee bushes, areca nut and coconut trees and other wild vegetation. Peaceful walks throughout the property are clearly marked (except the Indiana Jones route!), which is the best way to experience this place. We stayed in the exceptionally well appointed Tree House room, so had a superb view from a lofty height of the plantation. We also enjoyed the occasional visit from a troupe of playful monkeys that consider Tree House’s verandah their play pen! Swamy and his team looked after us ever so well and if it’s your thing, we can highly recommend the Ayurvedic massage.

Rooms are beautiful, modern and with a lovely balcony and amazing views. The pool is fabulous - I would have liked it if they had sun loungers (maybe something they could add). Staff made our stay unforgettable, especially Rishad and Shimitha who really went out of their way to make our stay special. When it’s quiet the place is magical and relaxing.
