From the moment I got out of the taxi the Service and welcome from the staff was the best I have experienced Swathi and Efin were so welcoming and professional. the rooms were very comfortable. the food is one of the highlights Breakfast was the best I have ever had Gishna always took time from his busy morning to have a word with us. The Thai restaurant was amazing Anithka was brilliant and guided us expertly through our menu we met the lady Thai Chef whose name escapes me ,her buffet on a Saturday was something I will never forget. The facial I had in the Spa centre was the best i have had. Unfortunetly I cannot remember the amazing beauticians name. there so many other staff that made my stay one I will never forget. Athin and of course Sulaiman who drove us around and give us some information on the way.

From our very first contact, George was an exceptional host. He was responsive and helpful. He organised great trips, all at good prices. The hotel is extraordinary, owned by an antiques dealer, with every room unique. His massive showrooms are attached to the hotel, so, if that is your thing, you will be in heaven. We had three rooms and each were special. While full of antiques, there was still modern features like Japanese style electric toilet seats. The food was lovely and, unlike many places in the area, you could grab a cold beer. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

Stayed at the Taj Malabar Kochi for 3 nights. What an amazing experience right from the welcome to airport drop off. Tajness all the way. Even though the hotel was fully occupied, with two weddings going on at the site, with the restaurants being extremely busy, everything was handled so amazingly by the staff and the supervisors. The supervisors were always actively sorting out the guest flow in the restaurants with not a single issue visible in spite of the busy flow. Food, again awesome - fantastic spread, good variety, top notch quality- what more can I say. Rooms were excellent with a heritage character, with splendid harbour views of ships coming and going. Housekeeping was again top notch. We hired their car for two days sightseeing - again perfect experience, superb drivers, clean well maintained Innovas, excellent driving, right upto airport drop. This is what is Tajness - an experience in perfection. It's a testament to the management of the hotel to create such an impression in a guest. 10 on 10 for outstanding hospitality standards.

I definitely recommend the Cave House Kochi, I enjoyed my stay really much. You can explore the Fort Kochi with a free bicycle which is an unique experience! And also the breakfast was delicious. I will come back next time I'll be in Kochi:)

Since we had an early morning flight and arrived at the property at 4am while it was all dark, it did have a very spooky feel to it. But we were overjoyed from sunrise onwards and throughout the rest of the stay. Lovely staff and manager Mr. Milton who took care of our every need. It felt like staying at our family home and being spoilt :) The views, the boat ride, the special dance performance, the fresh fish and super yummy preparations were all more than what we expected. It was indeed a very memorable and special experience for my daughter and myself!
