We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is attentive and friendly! We were traveling as a family -2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 7, and the staff was so kind! The location is gorgeous in the mountains of Munnar. The indoor trekking is really cool and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There is also a game room with air hockey and a pool table that was great for letting our kids play. We had such a nice, relaxing time there -would recommend to anyone!

Small, clean, tranquil and charming boutique hotel located on the mountain slope. There is a picturesque view from the pool over the mountains and lushy tea plantations. Very good and tasty restaurant. Last but not least....the guy working in the reception is extremely helpful, nice and pro active. Already prior the trip, he booked us great hike in the mountains, as well the transfers. Everything at very affordable price. There are lots of activities to do in surrounding area - two-night stay was far away too short.Thanks a lot for very enjoyable stay!

As a British tourist visiting Kerala for the first time, staying at The Feel Munnar Resort was truly one of the highlights of my trip. Nestled amidst the lush green hills of Munnar, this charming resort offered the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and breathtaking views. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warm smiles, helpful nature, and prompt service really stood out. The check-in was smooth, and we were immediately struck by the serene atmosphere – exactly what you'd hope for when visiting Munnar. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with a private balcony overlooking the misty hills and tea plantations. Waking up to the sunrise with a cup of freshly brewed local tea was a truly unforgettable experience. The bed was comfortable, the linens crisp, and the bathroom modern and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delicious Kerala cuisine with generous portions and plenty of vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the traditional breakfast and the evening campfire experience – a lovely touch that brought guests together. The resort also helped us arrange a tea plantation tour and a guided trek, which I highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the natural beauty of Munnar. The location is peaceful yet well-connected, making it easy to access the main attractions like Eravikulam National Park and Mattupetty Dam. Whether you're a solo traveller, couple, or family looking for a relaxing retreat in Munnar, I can't recommend The Feel Munnar Resort highly enough. I had a truly wonderful stay at Secret Valley Plantation Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Satish, the restaurant manager, and the room boys for their attentive and friendly service. The reception team was very interactive and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Mr. Anaz, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and guided me throughout my stay. His support added a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms were well-equipped with a bunch of thoughtful amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. A family can easily stay here for 3–4 days and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time. The resort itself is serene and beautifully maintained—perfect for a getaway in Munnar.
