The property location on the banks of Ashtamudhi lake was simply superb. Nature friendly resort with lot of faunas to explore during the stay. Everything was blended into kerala's unique cultural heritage. Staff was very polite and eager to serve.

The food was excellent!. Staff were generally courteous.
Nothing else to like about. The establishment feels more like a ' Common INN' rather than a resort. Everything feels rushed and the staff is not bothered about asking the guest about the stay or anything else.
Bottom line is the establishment does not live up to the Leela brand standards. Recommend to skip this Leela product in Kollam.

Its surroundings were very beautiful. My journey to that resort was very wonderful. I enjoyed a lot there. I went at that resort with my family which made the tour more exciting. The pool, indoor games and Gym was exceptional

The location of the resort was nice.. touching the lake and viewing the lake was very good.. overall the location was good

The staff at fragrant nature are so sweet and attentive. Everybody works so hard, taking care of the beautiful surroundings and making sure you have the best possible time while you are there. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The spa and treatments are lovely, as are the excursions into the mangroves. I would 100% recommend this resort, and I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely gardens and beautiful sunset bar. Gardens are very well maintained by the wonderful ladies that work so hard to keep it clear of leaves. Very comfortable bed. Masses of potential for a top class resort to be created.

The vast property right next to the lake with a calm surrounding let you enjoy this beautiful resort. Housekeeping staff lady was very good she arranged the baloons for my kid knowing it’s her birthday and restaurant staff also managed to get us a birthday cake. Even the breakfast spread was very good with decent options.
