Thank you for a wonderful stay I enjoyed the fully equiped apartment and it's central location. Everything from the aircon, washing machine and shower were in working condition. The place was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. I would definately return if I visit Florence again. Very central and walking distance from most amenities.

I had an absolutely amazing time here. It's very fresh and youthful, with most of the guests in their 20s. Really great for meeting new people from around the world. They have multiple events a day, creative ones, movie nights, parties, anything you'd want. I had a room very close to the main area, yet I had no trouble with the noise, the walls are thick. I was at a 4 people bedroom, one toilet and shower, was decent. The bunk beds are not actually bunk beds, the upper one is properly secured to the wall, you wouldn't here the person moving about above you. The bed was also very long, I'm 170cm but still had plenty of room for my bag az the end of the bed, without touching it with my feet. The rooftop pool wasn't open understandbly in November, but it still looked good. The staff were amazing, very good English, nice, fun, talkative. I'm definitely staying here next time too, hopefully for a longer period.
