An incredible view and a staff to match! The hotel may seem a bit austere at first, with a few small shortcomings (for example, a reading lamp by each bed would be nice), but nothing essential. The staff and service are excellent, and the manager is very involved — he asks for feedback every day and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. Although the hotel is a little farther from the city, the distance is more than compensated by the stunning view, fresh air, and peaceful atmosphere. I wholeheartedly recommend Madu’s cooking! He’s an excellent chef — the beef is delicious (even if it’s not Argentinian), and the soup, his specialty, is outstanding. I doubt I’ll ever return to Kandy, but if I do, this is definitely where I’ll stay again.

First i would like to say that we don't like typical crowded hotels. I travel with my husband and we love nature and tranquility.. so villa with mountain view was the best way to relax. The staff met us with smiles, all were very friendly and positive. The villa was spacious with comfortable bed and the terrace with a pool was wonderful to chill. Feeling like we were alone at the hotel ...enjoying warm wind, bird's singing and squirrels around. Special thanks to the cook and two men at the restaurant. All the meal we tried was delicious and made with love. We really felt it and appreciated. Definitely will return one day! All the best🤍

Amazing place, luxury hotel in the hills above Kandy with their own tea plantation. If you are looking for tranquility and hospitality, to get away in nature with luxury, this is perfect place.It is bit out of the way, Uber works but not fully, so organise your transport in advance. Breakfast is rich, roof top pool is amazing, nice spa.

Everything was wonderful, the location is breathtaking, staff are incredibly warm and helpful, food was great, the pool is stunning and did some yoga watching the sunrise just next to it. Only time I’ve ever had a room with two panoramic views, one of the sunrise and one of the sunset!
