The time spent here was absolutely wonderful. First of all, exceptional service, they really take care of a person here as if they were a special guest. Every member of the staff, from housekeeping to the general manager, is interested, smiles at you, and has a pleasant conversation with you. The area itself, the restaurant, the accommodation, and the equipment of the tent were charming and gave us a feeling of well-being, relaxation, and exceptionality. I have never enjoyed a shower as much as during this stay, being able to shower in the open air every morning, in the embrace of living nature, was an unforgettable pleasure. I wish everyone to experience that someone takes care of you like this, is interested in your comfort, and does their best every day so that you can enjoy your vacation at Karpaha Sands to the fullest. What an amazing place. Comfortable, tastefully decorated, but not overly manicured as many other resorts. The food was great, the staff friendly and helpful. Service superb. Paradise beach with white sand and a tranquil sea to swim in. Hands down my most relaxing stay in Sri Lanka.

Really lovely stay here. The room was spacious and the shower was good. The staff are all really helpful and nice! Good location close to both beaches. We had a tuktuk so we went up to elephant rock very easily. We would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the beach in front of the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very thoughtful in every manner. The staff were paying attention to everything small thing which was very impressive. Special thanks goes to Mr Dammika the Manager for organising everything so well and also Mr Munas for his excellent service.

A secluded and relaxing place. Villa is was very spacious and well appointed. Joseph the host was very accommodating. The accommodation is right on the beach. Watch the fishermen haul in the nets in the morning. Meals were very good although not cheap. A little bit out of the way but if you want total relaxation, seclusion and a peaceful stay at a very reasonable price for the area this is highly recommended. The touches of candle lit on the terrace at night, flower pond at the entrance of the villa, nice eating area all add to the atmosphere.

Boasting garden views, New Land Guest House provides accommodation with patio, around 1.5 km from Pasikuda Beach. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking.

The place was really comfortable, the room was big even with 3 people inside. Each room has their own balcony which is nice to hang out. You can order food at the guest house it is really tasty and good value for money. One of the beaches is 20 minutes away by walking and the other one 30 minutes. Next to the hotel there is a little shop/ restaurant if you want to eat outside or need water.

We had a great time here and we even extended our stay for one night. The hotel is amazing, has a very good location, with direct access to a beautiful and quiet beach! The staff are very nice and always available to help with anything you might need, the garden was very well preserved, there were sun beds near the sea for use of hotel guests and the pool was also quite enjoyable. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options to choose from. The hotel was very quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your days in the paradise that is Pasikuda beach!
