Probably the best value for the money we got in Sri Lanka. The property is brand new, the rooms look like in a good 4+ star hotel (photos on the site don’t lie). Only a pool is missing, but there wasn’t much of a problem as the Nilaveli beach is only 5 minutes away on foot. The staff is super helpful and nice, the manager is always smiley!

If you prefer some extra luxury on this part the country, then this is it. The place is new, very beautiful, calm and quiet. We stayed at one of the bungalows closest to the pool. You have easy access to the beach, make sure to get a glimpse of the Sunrise in the morning. Ask for the local breakfast. Don't worry about the portions, they have a fully equipped gym :) The staff are very friendly. They were about to open a new spa. Also try the newly opened cafe outside.

Very clean room, good fan, mosquito net in the windows, which makes it easy to sleep with a breeze, it is quite, good mattress and pillows, excellent big bathroom with hot shower, wifi works really well. Kitchen for use. Parking space in the garden. Very friendly couple. Definitely a very good place to stay at the beach, we can absolutely recommend it.

A wonderful, quite place by the water, very close to Nilaveli. The staff is simply amazing, especially Brenda who will go above and beyond to make you feel like at home.

Very beautiful bungalow, the room is big, clean and new. There is a big garden very well cared for. Breakfast and dinner are tasty, and they have been served on the tables in the garden which was very nice and cozy. There is a beach immediately on the left, near a cemetery, empty, and very beautiful. They have their own sunbeds for the guests. It was really beautiful to see the sunset and sunrise from there. For the next visitors: if you come to these beautiful parts, unfortunately the dogs situation in Trincomalee is quite sad. Please, bring some food with you. Next to the hotel there are two sweet dogs that would love some cuddles and food.

Staff was really nice! They made you feel home and relaxed at all times. Food in their restaurant was also very well made! Even the western food was just nice! Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Garden towards the beach front and beach access is perfect and really beautiful! Well equipped with everything you can wish for. Special thank to the waiter who even made sure we get a breakfast packed for our day trip because we didnt have time for breakfast. If you go to the beach, you start walking left you will see some rocks in the distance. Walk there cross the rocks and on the other side you can snorkle for free, some dead but also lots of live corals and plenty of fish to see 😊

The service, the space, it is a beautiful clean villa with a nice pool with views that are breathtaking. The staff and owner are very helpfull and mindfull. We felt so comfortable and had a lot of privacy. Only 6 min away with a tuktuk from uppaveli beach. The rooms are beautiful designed and the bathrooms have nice facilities such as a bath and shower. We enjoyed our time a lot. We became sick in this part of our journey but we were so glad that we were in this villa to have a comfortable stay with all the help. Staff is super kind and the owner also. Beautiful garden and the owner also invests in saving and helping streetdogs wich was beautiful to see.
