Most comfortable bed I've slept in so far in NZ. Got good advice on places to visit during my stay in Taupo. Loved the breakfast. Lovely family home. One little thing. Maybe put labels on the Bathroom/Shower doors. Big house lots of doors 😄.

I really appreciated the service provided by the night receptionist. We arrived around 11 p.m. after a long road trip, and he was very friendly and helpful.

Cascades Lakefront Motel is located on the edge of Lake Taupo and has a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Free WiFi and cable TV are included. There is plenty of free parking for trailers and boats.

On our arrival we were met by very friendly staff. The room was beautiful with breathtaking views of the lake. There are direct access to the lake. The property is well located and only a short drive away from many of the popular activities in Taupo.
