- great location - at the northern tip of white beach (also close to Diniwid beach), but outside of the hassle and noise of central location; - it’s the most friendly staff I have ever met; - great a’la carte menu. Restaurant is also great to dine in; - it’s in tranquil area with lush greenery - great retreat to rest and hide from the sun; - resort does not have many apartments, this gives you a lot of privacy compared to other traditional hotels; - there’s a mall nearby where you can buy anything you need within 4 min walking distance distance

The staffs are accomodating and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is always good as well as when you order food from the restaurant, very tasty. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunset from the balcony and at the beach. It is always nice to come back to your room when it is clean as they have cleaning service everyday. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly attentive. For example, as a surprise for my wife, they went above and beyond by arranging things that weren't even on the menu, such as a bouquet of flowers and a jasmine flower bath, using their own creativity to make it happen.

STAFF: The service their staff provides is kind of insane. They seemed to have everything we asked for. Every staff would greet and smile. All of them were very accommodating, especially Andy and Harry, who we would run to when we needed something and they always helped us out. The staff is definitely one of the reasons I would stay here again. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: The check-in process was a bit lengthy compared to hotels, but that's usually how it is for resorts. The check-out process was very fast though. The welcome drink was really good. ROOM: Every time we got back to our room, it's always newly cleaned and there were always snacks waiting for us! We always got excited seeing those :) I don't know who did it among our Housekeeping GEMs (Chona/Michie/Clinton/Kisses), but they have mastered the art of towel folding. They always left little notes which I thought was very sweet. The galaxy light was a nice touch too. My favourite part of the room was the plunge pool. SHUTTLE SERVICE: Getting from the airport to the resort was a breeze and it came with oatmeal cookies. We didn't have to do anything but follow where the staff tells us to go. They also have shuttle service between Stations 1 to 3 which was very convenient for us. FOOD/DRINK: The were plenty of breakfast choices at Sand's. The taho tatay shows up at 8am :) We also went for breakfast at Forno Osteria, which was more of a Western breakfast. Lunch and dinner options at Sand's were abundant. I especially loved the seafood they cooked on the spot upon ordering. LOCATION: The location is perfect! It is located at almost the end (I think) of Station 1 so it was a bit far from the beach activities (again, there's shuttle service) and away from the crowd. We mostly stayed at the resort so that didn't really matter to me. The beach is just right in front so it's perfect! OTHERS: We booked our activities with the hotel.

The resort is beautiful! We loved the swimming pool, particularly the bar in the middle, and got a poolside massage for around £10. The room was lovely and it was a real luxury to have a bathtub. The location is great, a short walk from the beach and main strip of restaurants. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly.

The location of Nirvana Beach Resort was amazing. You could walk to Station 2 in about 3 minutes and have easy access to the beach and D'Mall with amazing shopping and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant onsite was delicious. Everything was super relaxed, nothing was an issue. Rooms were cleaned whenever we needed them to be with fresh towels. All up a great value accommodation with all the access you need for a perfect stay at this gorgeous island.

Golf resort on the property. The pancakes were nice. Most staff were somewhat helpful.

The staff are always accommodating and approachable. The location and facilities are great for our parents. It is an all inclusive resort so it is very convenient for them and away from too much crowd.

NONE A disastrous stay in this what they so call a luxury hotel and resort. From check-in until check-out bad experience and disappointment. We didn't enjoy our precious time.

They were very accomodating. My daughter got sick while we were there and they have a nurse on duty. They helped us going to the Emergency and back to our accomodation free of charge. We highly recommend the place. We love the private pools and beach resort.
