Kings Garden a pet friendly resort was charming it had touches of a traditional Thai Village but all the comforts of Home. The main dining area while looking small in the website and booking.com photos was spacious and the food on the menu very good while the staff were super friendly. While Kings Garden are currently building a swimming Pool, we found we didn't really need it. It was quiet and perfect for a relaxing and restorative holiday. The Bathrooms in the Villa look like they may be made of Vinyl but on closer inspection they are made of a quality tiled Sanstone finish and this is understated but attractive.

We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.

We arrived Koh Samui early morning exhausted after an overnight flight and the reception staff were wonderful - making it possible for us to freshen up and find a cool place to relax by the pool whilst waiting for our room to become available. They also did their best to ensure an earlier check in even though the resort was fully booked. The massage was also excellent!

The location, staff and cleanliness is top notch. People are so kind there, we got sunburn first day there and one of the staff members brought us fresh aloe vera. We would get treats everyday. People are even nice outside of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, the mini fridge is always stocked (included in price btw), lovely add-on with the ‘surprise of the day’ button which you are able to use every day of your stay. The bartenders at the beach/pool make sure you always have iced water, they also keep timeliness in check, if you booked a trip somewhere (not necessarily within the hotel) they also tell you when your ride is here as well as help you with your bags. You also can download their app and order things directly from there via your room number. The scenery is absolutely crazy. Breakfast is delicious. You do not need to take these things with you because it is provided by the hotel: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, bathrobe (two sets, summer/winter), towels, beach towel, beach bag. The beach is also wonderful and clean. This is through and through the absolute best stay we’ve ever had. Thank you to the hotel staff, they really put the cherry on top. I warmly recommend this hotel.
