In the midst of the jungle you’ll find this hidden gem of a place called Suankafae resort. Your hosts will welcome you with smiles and coffee, making you feel at home right from the beginning (they even picked us up at the airport). Once you get used to a couple of bugs, lizards and other animals (they have a very friendly dog), you can start to appreciate the surroundings. We had the luck of being there while the family came together for new years and felt like we were part of the family. Would recommend 10/10, don’t hesitate to engage with everyone there and really experience Thai Local friendliness.

The hotel was small but perfect for the stop over we needed until our next destination. The room was a nice size with tea and coffee facilities. The room also came with a hairdryer and towels. The pool was nice and the staff provided us with extra towels after our swim. The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly. Bored games and coffee facilities for free in the lobby area.

We absolutely loved it. Everything was as described with one exception: The outside pool did not exist anymore. Apart from that the staff was lovely, very helpful and kind. The location itself is a bit remote and therefore really private. You'll definitely need a motorbike to get around.

The owner of this resort is so sweet and accommodating. She really looked after us even brining us her own food when we had trouble ordering food for ourselves after arriving late. She also picked us up and dropped us off for a really cheap price. The room was lovely so clean and fresh, we only stayed one night but would comfortably have stayed longer. Very good value for money if you need accommodation close to the airport

My room was super spacious with a huge bed. There was a little outdoor space with kettle and fridge and bar type table and chairs - perfect for catching up with some laptop time. View was gorgeous with lotus flower pond, birds and fish to watch.
