I'll be honest, I was quite skeptical at first, but my expectations were exceeded. I want to point out the incredibly high level of service: 1. I booked a standard room, and they upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi for free. 2. All the staff were very friendly. 3. The room was clean, maybe not the newest, but the view was gorgeous. 4. Cleaning and refilling the minibar were done daily. 5. Food and drinks were excellent, including imported cocktails. 6. Wonderful territory around the hotel. 7. Clean coast. 8. Exceptional spa massage. In general, highly recommended.

Just a few steps from the seafront, Crystal Aura has a private beach area, spa facilities and indoor/outdoor pools. It has air-conditioned rooms with a satellite TV and a balcony.

The hotel has a huge territory in a beautiful location between the mountains and the sea, with direct seaside access. It's like a small village but it's very well organized. The stuff are friendly and constantly doing their jobs, foods and drinks are limitless and delicious. There are a lot of entertainments: slides, darts, billiards, pools, tennis court, gym, spa, organized activities for kids, for adults. Live shows every night. I recommend especially the spa, with the massages. Ani and Eka provided us the best massages we have ever experienced.
