We discovered this hotel and its location completely by chance — and it turned out to be an absolute gem. The entire setting is beautifully designed, with attention paid to every detail. Although the hotel is quite spacious, the way it’s laid out gives it a cozy, almost boutique feel. The wellness area is truly exceptional. We especially appreciated the textile-free zone and were pleasantly surprised by how respectfully other guests behaved — it created a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the facilities cater equally well to those seeking an active holiday or pure relaxation. We loved that you can borrow bikes, trekking poles, and backpacks — we took advantage of the bike rental and everything was in perfect condition and super easy to arrange. All in all, this is genuinely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at — and we travel a lot. Highly recommended!

Surrounded by a 70,000 m² meadow, this friendly spa hotel, which has been run by the same family for 3 generations, is located in the centre of Pertisau, on Tyrol’s Lake Achen. Everyone and everything was perfect, hope to see this beautiful place again soon, staff was awesome and breakfast was great, cannot say enough how happy we were!

They thought about every detail to make the place suitable for children and adults to enjoy. The owner and staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel interior is beautiful. The room was very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view. We loved the reception area as well, both for its design and the games availability. The view and atmosphere from SaaAlm restaurant were amazing, with a great playground and water slide just beside it. There is a horse stable on site and many activities both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.
