The luxurious Gradonna Mountain Resort can be found amid the Großglockner Resort Kals-Matrei right next to a ski slope and offers you a 3000-m² spa area and stylish rooms and chalets. I'll start with the awesome location - quiet, inside the mountain, wonderful views everywhere you look, clear air, clean water. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and in the room there was a nice wardrobe with plenty of space for your luggage. The room was very well designed and equipped with attention to every single detail - well done! And now - last but not least - the staff was amazing - helpful, professional, friendly. If I can give 10 out of 10 for the hotel, the staff that works there added additional 10 on top of the overall rating - Thank you guys! Whoever is the manager in the hotel - you build awesome team - the staff you have is a real treasure! PS - for someone who's looking for the parking details - parking is underground with plenty of spaces (1 space for each room/accomodation) and plenty of space to maneuver with large SUVs. There are a lot of parking spaces with dedicated electrical charging station. There was even a dedicated space where you can leave your personal bicycle (if you bring your own bicycle).

Staff was very helpful, even wished us happy mothers day at the breakfast table. The village was very peaceful and breathtaking, you could even hear the sheep going out onto the pasture during the morning time.

Alpenresort Thanner is located in the centre of Mayrhofen, just 50 metres from the Penkenbahn Cable Car and 100 metres from the Ahornbahn Cable Car. Free private parking is available on site. Walking distance to the restaurants. Parking was provided with no additional cost. The place was cozy and comfy. Kitchen was top notch compared to other places that we stayed. Host was very friendly.
