The rooms are clean and neat, the staff is excellent and helpful at all times. The massage was amazing, Alma was great! The food is also delicious! We had dinner in the restaurant, really tasty. We had breakfast included, anything and everything you can wish for.

The hotel was brilliant, really close to the ski lifts and has a great restaurant with great food and good service. The owner was super helpful and the room was nice warm and cozy, we had a brilliant time and cannot recommend this place enough.

The host was extremely warm and welcoming. Even though we arrived nearly three hours late due to a car breakdown on the road, check-in went smoothly without any issues. There's convenient parking right in front of the room, which was a big plus. The location is also excellent—while it may look a bit far from the city center on the map, it’s actually just a 15–20 minute walk to anywhere in the old town. A great place overall, highly recommended!

The place felt safe, especially for children — they could play freely without us worrying. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it honestly felt like being at home. Some people were truly wonderful, especially Ibrahim, Leila, and her brother, who made us feel very welcome. The location is quiet and perfect for relaxing away from the crowds.
