The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

We staid in 2023 for 1 night in the main hotel - average We staied in 2024 for 1 night at the villa - outstanding Villa worth every penny. Main room in the hotel is just as any other room. The property is still under development, but we found it better in 2024 than in 2023. more facilities, a lot of items to do there. Thinking to return and stay more days.

Amazing place with very good installations and lots of comfort. The staff is super nice! Restaurants are very good and the breakfast incredible! Our room was very comfortable and spa/massages +++

Katarino SPA Hotel is situated at the foot of the Rila Mountain, 8 km away from Bansko ski resort and 2 km away from Razlog. Nice calm location with a spectacular view on the mountains, nice spa (not so crowded during the daytime), a shuttle to Bansko ski station, cozy lobby with fireplace, with games and books. The food was quite nice, they have their own farm cheese, ham, wine and other products.

We visited Aspen off season, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the proximity to Pirin. It is also convenient to have free parking on site and a restaurant as otherwise we would need to go by car to another restaurant.
