The staff really went out of their way for me. The spa was beautiful and relaxing and the food was top notch I had a panorama room with a view of the mountains & the lake and LOVED it.

The room with a balcony was nice, and easy to ventilate with fraiche air. The under-grand parking with direct access to the room was good.
