The quality of the hotel's restaurant is very high while the service of Dimitar and the rest of the staff was exceptional, something that was highly appreciated as we stayed there during the busy Christmas period. All very friendly and always helpful. Very highly recommended. We are definitely going back to this one.

The property met and exceeded all our expectations. We were there for the MTB event and it was right next door which was amazing to be able to walk out your door and be apart of such a great event. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to town. It was super clean and very spacious. The sauna in our room was a highlight. We travelled with two young boys so found it great to have a bit of space. The grounds are stunning. The restaurant was lovely and the staff so friendly and warm. We used the parking which was conveniently located downstairs from our apartment. Highly recommend! We will be back!

The breakfast and dinner were exceptional. Typical delicious Austrian cuisine set in a picturesque winter wonderland. We reserved a pet room and were blown away by how luxurious the room was. This hotel is by far our favorite hotel in all of Europe. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
